And I want to let you know, oh my goodness, we have crossed a threshold. I am recording this on the eclipse day in August, and it is the 200th episode of the Unity Code podcast. And so I want to just take a brief moment to thank you all so much for being here. And thank you all so much for being a part of this amazing journey on this podcast. It has been the ultimate road in vulnerability, in talking about myself and talking about my spiritual journey and sharing a lot of the inner workings of myself, the lessons I've learned, the way that I work with spirit with all of you. And I just want to highlight how grateful I am for all of you for being here with me on this incredible journey. It has been one of the most rewarding things I've ever done in my life.

200 Episodes And A Threshold

And I can't believe I waited so long to start this podcast. But here you go. Here's proof that this is exactly where I was meant to be. That as always, my spirit team was right. And I didn't listen for a very long time. And so here we are, 200 episodes later. And I'm just, God, so thrilled to be on this journey with you. And now it wouldn't be enough that I just talk about episode number 200. And I don't want to do a retrospective. Y'all, you've been there. You know what my life is like. You've been, you've been with me on this incredible journey with all of you. And instead, I really want to use this episode as a catalyst to shift the direction of where we're going. And what better way to do that than with this first episode, number 200? And I want to reframe where we're going in this podcast going forward. And this is all under the guise of what if you're more powerful than you think you are? Because we spend a lot of time, and I listen to a lot of other podcasts talking about spirituality and talking about receiving, right? Receiving messages, receiving signs, receiving intuition, right? Reiving energy. But what if that is only half of what we're capable of? And so I want this podcast, ooh, I'm getting goosebumps as I'm saying this, to shift from passive spirituality into very active spirituality. And so what if

From Passive To Active Spirituality

instead of we talked about sensing energy, we talked about how to work with energy? What if we were talking about receiving guidance, but shift that into proactively getting guidance and using discernment in your journey to empower yourself on your own path? What if instead we're talking about knowing a pattern versus how to change that pattern? And again, what if we shift from receiving messages from spirit and how to open yourself up to these amazing messages from spirit and instead shift the conversation into allowing spirit to transform how you live. Because spiritual development should not just make you be more aware, it should make you more capable of having the life that you fucking love. And this has been so prevalent in my life right now is recognizing how much more power I have access to that I never even thought existed. And gosh, this has come through in so many readings lately and so many personal development, personal stories lately, especially under the umbrella of this eclipse season, the 8-8 portal, the Lionsgate portal, and all of the work that I've been doing over the course of the year to fire horse year, God, to really transform my personal journey. Because what I've realized is how much we are capable of as souls living this human experience of the fact that we are literally living in the matrix and we can rewrite the codes of reality as we know it. In a matter of minutes, in a matter of minutes, we can do this. And so it's been really interesting to me. And I can talk about a few examples where this has been true and me identifying there is so much more available for us, so much more energetic sovereignty, spiritual sovereignty that's available for us in this lifetime than I ever imagined. And I am not one of those woo-woo people, right? You have to prove it to me. I have to see the reality in which it happens. And so let's talk about the reality in which it's happened. I think one of the most amazing journeys that I've had with spirit has been, and this is back in an old episode, my journey moving away from alcohol. The journey of witnessing that in that day, I could notice how my drinking came full circle. And I could notice that the things that happened in that day were things that also happened at the very beginning of my drinking journey. And it was so interesting to notice the parallels between what happened that day and how I started drinking many, many, many years ago. Definitely underage everybody. And so, in the course of that one evening, as I describe on the podcast, I felt the energy of alcohol and my desire for alcohol literally leaving my body all night. I could feel it. I could feel it. I knew exactly what it was. I couldn't sleep at

Releasing The Alcohol Pattern Overnight

all that night, but I could feel this energetic release happening within my energetic field of these old patterns, these old lineage things, these things that have definitely come down through both of my ancestral lines and me realizing it doesn't fit for my vibration anymore. And so spirit led me into what I now understand as a shamanic pattern release and releasing completely the desire from alcohol out of my body. And what that meant in my 3D experience was, and I wouldn't necessarily define myself as an alcoholic, but I definitely had these tendencies where I would crave alcohol, where I'd want a glass of wine at the end of the day, where I could not wait until the weekend, where I could, you know, get my case of white claws and go to town, right? And in that moment where this pattern was released, that desire completely went away. And what I've realized since this journey, number one, I've realized what this is, what actually happened to me, how it's possible. And my guides gave me that gift to see how energy can shift literally overnight. This something that has been in my system my entire life was gone in a matter of eight hours when I was completely like unconscious in my sleep, but could feel it all still happening. And what I've seen since then is that I can actually create the real reality in which pattern release is possible in a matter of minutes. And I've seen myself do this on clients where they are hoping to have a shift in energy, this release and pattern, this thing that doesn't serve them anymore. And I'm able to go into their energetic system and either release this pattern that no longer serves them, make it so that that pattern is no longer a vibrational match for who they are at this current moment. So it almost looks like repelling magnets as this energy comes in, it doesn't fit anymore. And you can think about this more in terms of antibodies if we're thinking about science, right? Um, how they have to fit together, right? It's like two puzzle pieces fitting together. And I've learned that energetically we can change the puzzle piece so it doesn't fit anymore. And we can do this in so many different areas of our lives. And this is what I'm talking about with empowerment. This is what I'm talking about about using spirituality to make lasting change. And of course, we do this under the umbrella of asking spirit how it's possible, asking spirit to walk us through this, right? Because we as humans are much less likely to see all of the different nuances that come in when we're when we are manipulating and playing with energy because they are able to see the bigger picture. They are under able to understand, you know, my trajectory and my journey and my clients' trajectory in my in their journey. And so I'm always relying on spirit to guide the way. But the more that we know that is possible in this work, the more we can make small tweaks that make lasting, huge change in our reality. And that we don't have to live in the status quo. And this goes back to a quote my team told me a very long time ago that healing does not have to be hard. And I'm really coming to understand what that actually means. And this is so interesting because I literally just got off a call with a client, a mentoring student of mine this morning. And she was having this issue with trust, with spirit. And when we broke it down, it wasn't actually about trust, it was about expectations. God preach, aren't we all there? Abouting more, wanting more depth, wanting more validation,

Changing The Energetic Puzzle Piece

wanting to be able to turn on all the lights for her spiritual connection and access all at once. But in the meditations that she's been doing, she's been given lessons, and she's been given information that she needs to act on in order to deepen her connection with spirit. And she's like very lovingly, by the way, like, yeah, yeah, I get it. I want more. I want to do. I want to act. I want to be. I want you to give me tasks. I want you to give me modalities to learn. And the lesson was trust and surrender. And so what they've shown me in this incredible mentoring session this morning is that a lot of new metaphysical students aren't ready for the tasks yet. They are not yet a vibrational match for the tasks that they are asking for. The to-dos that they are asking for. Because first, they have to become a vibrational match for the lessons. And so that means at first, maybe starting a little bit slower than they like to understand why me? Why am I walking down this path at this time, at this moment? What is my unique vibrational skill set that gives me a competitive advantage? Andor, I mean that's the business term, makes me the perfect frequency for the clients that I'm meant to be working with. Learning the lessons of worthiness and why and and and why now and why me, and really owning their own personal power in this space first, not only catapults them to learn and surrender into the lessons that are meant for to come to them in the future, and also

Trust Versus Expectations With Spirit

learning the why me, why now allows them to navigate around healing wounds that make space for those lessons to come in later on. There's just something really interesting about that. Let me see if I can say that differently for all of you. When we recognize our personal power and our personal path and trust that we are the perfect souls at the perfect time for the perfect clients for whatever we are supposed to be doing in this work, which is also absolutely perfect, it automatically supersedes the lessons that hold you back from achieving those. And it's not to say that those lessons aren't going to come down the pipeline eventually. But it's removing the excuses that we put on ourselves up front and instead catapult us into our own personal power, which is going to snowball into the work, the tasks, the things that you do want to work with spirit with in the future. And so if we're constantly coming from this place of spirit has all the answers, the lessons need to be learned. I need to heal the wounds first. I need to learn from the masters first. And you're constantly, can you read the energy of all of those statements? Allowing the power to come from somewhere else, allowing the power to come from spirit, allowing the power to come from the teachers that are teaching you, allowing the power to come from healing the wounds of the past. All of these are just digging the grave lower and lower until eventually you start walking back up to the surface level. Or do you just want to start flying? That is really the hypothesis of this episode. And that's the hypothesis of this podcast going forward. And yes, I think there are wounds that potentially at some point need to be healed. But what I've found on this incredible journey with Spirit is that when it's ready to be healed, it comes to the surface. Just like with the alcohol. When it's ready to be healed, it's not a work, it's a release. It's not a doing to heal. It's a surrendering to let it go. Because when we reclaim our personal power and we realize what we are capable of, everything that is not a vibrational match for you falls away. And you get to be exactly who you are meant to be in this lifetime. And a lot of the vibrational frequencies that we are in any given moment, even as you're listening to this podcast episode, tend to be the vibrational frequencies of the energies of the people, of the status quo of your nervous system that you exist in. Because law of vibration, like attracts like. And so you need to recognize that at any given moment you have a choice point

Stop Outsourcing Your Personal Power

to determine what vibrational frequency you want to be in. And so why don't we start this 200th episode with a little bit of an experiment with all of you? Can you change your energy in 60 seconds? Can you change your vibrational state in 60 seconds? And so, like, shake off the energy that you've been listening to with me because I know I'm channeling all of this information. And I know many of you are very sensitive to my channeling energies and frequencies. And so, like, shake off. I'm gonna like turn down the channeling for a second so that I'm disconnecting. So you're disconnecting from my energy. I'm gonna put up my wall so that you aren't connecting to my energy in this moment. And I just want you to notice before you started listening to this podcast or in this current current moment, notice what your energy looks like and feels like. And I'm not gonna lead the witness here, but just notice does it feel good? Does it not feel good? Does it feel like you have a to-do list? Does it not feel like you have to do this? A to-do list? Does it feel like you are full of energy or are you feeling a little depleted? Right? Are you using this podcast as an escape? Cool. Love that. Keep doing that. Right? So just notice what your energy looks like and feels like right now. And what always helps me when I'm assessing my energy is can we put a word to it? Can we put a color to it? Can we put a feeling or an emotion to it? And it's really funny because spirit just told me, blah, right? Like it could be just a sound too. I love that. Okay. So now that you've noticed, no matter what your current state is, now you've noticed it, right? And then I just want you to intentionally close your eyes if you can, if you're not driving, and just shift your posture. And shift your breath. And set the intention to move yourself into the best energetic frequency that is available to you in this current moment. Notice how your body responds to that statement. Does it sit up a little more? Do you notice your breath being calm and steady? Do you notice your attention being a little more focused? Do you notice your emotions becoming a little more stable and in your own frequency? What happened in your body before your mind could explain it? And this is so interesting. Did you notice the shift in your energy just by doing this? Because I can tell as I'm recording this podcast episode, all the information comes in. So I can feel the collective energy of all of you before, and I can feel the collective energy of all of you now. And as I'm tapping into the energy that you all are, I just feel how much more calm all of you feel. Centered, grounded, taking that tiny moment for yourself, shifted everything energetically in your body. And this happened in less than a minute. This is just such an important thing for you to remember. Because all this was a tiny intentional shift that changed your whole internal energetic experience. And maybe your external posture. And like maybe you're not grimacing anymore, right? And so if we can use this tiny intentional shift to change your experience in less than 60 seconds, what else can we intentionally shift?

The 60 Second Energy Shift

Right? Because this just opens up the door to manipulating energy, right? To connecting with spirit, because all it is is internal perception, everybody. Right? This opens us up to clear intuition, honest to God, to telepathy, right? To to sensing our futures, to transforming the way that you're currently being in this current moment. And just notice how small and quick that change was. But it wasn't a small change. Let me rephrase that. Notice how quick that change was and how much it changed your internal energetic system. And if you can maintain this frequency, can you snowball the effects of this 60-second moment? Can you show up differently for your family and friends? Can you show up differently for yourself? Are you going to take on a whole different level of vibration as you embrace the tasks and to-do list that you have on your list? Because this is what spirit always talks about with me, always talks about with me. In any given moment, you have a choice in the vibration that you want to be and the vibration that you put into the world. And so when you start making conscious choice into the vibration that you want to be, you start reclaiming the power that already exists within you, and stop settling for the status quo of the energy that exists all around you, your life is going to begin to change. And yes, we can have change and transformation in these massive moments. Absolutely, yes. But sustainable, lasting change happens in the tiny moments. It happens in the constant reframe. It happens in the moments where you're actively making choices in who and what you want to be in any given moment. And so this is just a tiny sample of what is coming down the pipeline for you. Because we are actually going to test a lot of these things that I think are possible. And I think are mind-blowing in this metaphysical, this energetic, this spiritual space. Right. And we're going to we're going to be looking at energy and seeing if people can feel it without being told what's happening. And we're going to look at living mediumship and we're going to look at ancestral patterns and whether or not those can be shifted and moved, right? And we're going to be bringing in my students to showcase their abilities and their demonstrations, right? Um, and I'm going to be bringing in so many people and new thoughts and innovative ideas that are showing up over and over and over again because this is the thing that I've learned. And this is the part of me that I'm claiming in my personal power is that spirit always has me at the cutting edge of what's possible. Not in this esoteric bullshit can't be proven way, but they always bring me on the edge of what's possible to test and experiment and prove that it's right. And it's not prove that spirit is real. It's just let's test it. Let's test whether we can transform your life through energy, through spirit, through personal development, and through reclaiming the journey your soul has set for you in this lifetime. Let's give you all the access to the information and tools available that will not only make your transformation possible, but will make it easy. It will make it sustainable. It will make it so that there is no choice anymore but to walk that path. And to fill your life with love, with gratitude, with empowerment and sovereignty.
