Money Is A Relationship
SPEAKER_00everyone. Welcome back to the Unity Code. I am joined here by the gorgeous and fabulous Sarah Walton. Hi, Sarah. Thanks for being here. Hi, Nicole. Thanks for having me. I'm so happy to be here. Oh my gosh.
SPEAKER_01Always spend time with you anytime.
SPEAKER_00Same, same. So to give a little intro, because I know Sarah very well, and probably a lot of you don't. So Sarah is a business coach, a wealth consciousness expert, and someone who I have a very close personal history with because I was actually a member of her abundance academy, which we'll talk about during the session today. And one of the reasons I wanted to bring her on to this podcast is the conversation that it's not really about how you make money. It's it's all about the relationship underneath money and how you learned it and where did you learn it from and how and how that creates additional resistance in your energy and how that shapes your business, your lives, and the choices that you make. So Sarah has been somebody that has spent years helping women look at the intersection of money, receiving people pleasing, self-trust business. And today I want to dig into some of these topics so that we can really get a better understanding of wealth, of, of consciousness around wealth, around abundance. Because Sarah, girl, you are the guru. Like I'm just so excited to have you on the podcast today.
SPEAKER_01You're so sweet. You are so kind. Yeah, I mean, it is, it has been, I can't believe it's been 17 years I've been doing this. I I just my I almost I launched the business when I was pregnant with my daughter and she just got a driver's license. And I was like, oh my gosh, my business can drive. Look at that. Who knew?
SPEAKER_00Drive. Oh my gosh, I love it.
SPEAKER_01So it was true. It kind of freaked me out. Yeah. Wow. It's been really, it's been quite a journey, but it is just, I just listen. The bottom line is I believe the world is a better place when women have more money.
SPEAKER_00Yeah. Like it just is. That's just a fact. Oh my goodness. So do you want to start there? So, or do we want to give, do you want to give a little background on you? I'll let you lead on whatever feels best for you to start.
SPEAKER_01Yeah. Well, it's, you know, God, it's after 17 years, it's a long journey. And I will say it started with my own, you know, being raised really, really poor with a single mom. Um, and as this has evolved, right? So I had to rework my entire relationship to money. I was the first woman in my family to go to college. I have 65 first cousins. So that is saying something. There were a lot of us. Um, and I just really had to break a mold that I was raised in. And I think that's what really drove me for so long inside of my business is to really teach other women how to break the molds they were born into, um, to not chase the acceptance or the accolades or the achievements externally, because that only brings sorrow, quite frankly. And so really going inward. And I think, you know, as long as I've been doing this, my work really was, I want to say almost reformed or re-informed, maybe by my divorce, which was finalized just two years ago, but we separated in 2021. And that's important because in 2020, no COVID, we love you, right? When everyone's home doing their thing, right? Um, said ex-husband, and children were like, Mom, let's get a dog, let's get a dog, let's get a dog. I was like, no, I don't want to get a dog. If we get a dog, I'm gonna have to walk the dog. They're like, no, mom, we'll walk the dog. Oh my god, right. Like, you won't. They wore me down. We got the dog. So cut two, right? It is now I like 2024, right? I've been separated for three years. The divorce is almost final. My ex is is dating somebody. Um, my younger daughter is with her boyfriend who lives a half an hour away. I had just dropped her off at his house. My oldest had her, you know, high school sweetheart over. Everybody's happy, right? And it's Friday night. And I say, I say to my younger daughter, I said, Listen, I drove you to your boyfriend's. Can you call your dad, see if he can come and bring you home? It's another hour out of my night, right? And she was like, Oh, he's out of town with his girlfriend. He can't. And I was like, Oh, interesting. So I carry on with my Friday night, which includes, oh, you guessed it, walking the damn dog. Right. So I am walking the dog on a Friday night four years later, and I realize I've completed this Herculean task. Right. We didn't use lawyers, it was all peaceful, everybody's okay. And I made sure the other three humans involved in this situation were fine. And I was in the exact same place. And that had me realize in that moment I had left me out of the equation.
The Dog Walk And Receiving
SPEAKER_01And as much as I teach abundance, and I do, and I love it, um, and I teach women to look inward, one of the pieces that I've added over these last several years is receiving. We really don't know how to receive, and that is like a pinnacle to living inside of wealth consciousness. And so as I've evolved, my relationship to wealth, meaning not just money. Everybody hears like they think yachts or whatever. That's not sure that's part of it, but that's not the crux of it. And that we women, as we break these molds, as we do these things, um, we can become hyper-independent to the point that we do not know how to receive on even the most basic fundamental levels. And then without that, how could we possibly become wealthy? Meaning healthy, loved, right? Excited to be alive, that experience of being whole, regardless. This is why I say it's always inside first, regardless of what the external things say. Do you know you're whole? It's very hard to know that if you don't allow yourself to receive. So that's really been like this last element of wealth that I've been bringing in recently that has really changed things for everybody I work with, but really for me and the entire message I'm out to deliver to the world right now.
SPEAKER_00Love that. And it it aligns so closely to even how I work with my spiritual team on the on the word abundant, because it is abundance in every sense of the word. And it's everything that you mentioned and more. And it's really this alignment of the inside matching the outside, or vice versa, because I know that's where a lot of people fall down in this wealth or this this abundance mindset is that like the external might look good, but the internal might not be aligned to that. And so I just I love this so much, Sarah. And I think it's so needed, and I think it's so misunderstood in, I'm gonna say the marketplace, but really it is so much bigger than the marketplace. It's everywhere, and it's especially with women who seemingly define their worth externally by typical divine masculine measures of success.
SPEAKER_01Yes. Yes. And you nailed it right there. It's like the patriarchy has had its time. Yes, that's enough now. Like that's that's really, you know, if I'm gonna go all the way, that's that's the crux of it, right? This because the patriarchy has created this illusion that the universe works like this. If you work really hard, you might deserve some good things. And by the way, once you get some of those good things, then you're worthy. And that is not actually the way the universe works at all. And that's why it's so um uncomfortable. It's why it feels so unnatural to us. It's why everybody's burnt out all the time. It's why no matter how much money we see this with celebrities all the time, they end up committing suicide over drugs or like they hate themselves or whatever because it's even worse. Because everything they were told they needed, they now have and they still hate
The Patriarchy Myth About Worth
SPEAKER_01what's happening inside of them. Um, and and what a poverty that is to live in. And I think, you know, when we actually sit down, I I look at nature a lot to inform my work, and there is no struggle in nature ever. Even when there's a fire, there's a reason for it. And I'm not saying we all have to walk through fire, but it's this idea that we struggle against the natural order. And the natural order is actually certainty first. That's actually just the way it works. It's not like, oh, yeah, yay, have faith. It's like, no, that's actually the way it works. The the true experience of wealth has to come first. And that's one of the reasons I'm I'm spending so much time on receiving, is you've got to be able to receive the truth that right now you're already wealthy. And I say to people all the time, if you can go to your faucet and hot water comes out, you're already, I mean, we live better than most royalty lived just a couple hundred years ago. I mean, it's insane how much wealth we have. And we all running, we're all running around feeling hollow and then wondering why all this accumulation of stuff doesn't work is because that is not the natural order. The patriarchy told us it was the other way. And so now it's like this coming home to the truth, to our natural essence, right? The same atoms and molecules that make up an orange tree that 3D prints oranges out of nowhere, right? Is the same molecules and DNA that we have in our own bodies, these same cells. It works the same way. We be who we are, and then it naturally 3D prints, literally. I mean, we 3D printed humans, Nicole. Like that's true. Like, I don't know about you, but like I grew people while I was annoyed in traffic. Like, that is some stuff, man. Yes, right. And we think that having more stuff outside of us is gonna be the same power as that. Not even close.
SPEAKER_00Microphone, Sarah. I just love and this, and I what a lovely and just for my audience, like this is what it was like to work with Sarah in the abundance academy. Like the analogies and the way she breaks shit down so easily. And I'm like, oh you can you can all see why I love her. You're so sweet, but you're so but I but it's so true. It's so true. And the power truly comes from within. And we are souls first and human second. And this is the whole premise of this podcast, by the way, is like the unity code. Let's figure out the codes of reality so that we can manipulate them in the way that we want to live. 100%. Yes. And so I love that you're looking at this from such a wealth mindset, such an abundance mindset, such a um realizing um that the power is within us to achieve greatness, to achieve wealth, to achieve abundance, and it's already there, and it's not something we have to go and do and be because it's already, it's already
Night Vision Goggles For Abundance
SPEAKER_00within us.
SPEAKER_01Correct. It's already here. And I think, you know, that's one of my favorite things to teach people is all of the new clients you want, they're already here. All of the money you want is already here. And I think what I've come to understand is the truth about abundance is it's not that abundance suddenly arrives, it's that we stop blocking it. It's actually already here. There is nothing that we want for, actually. Right. And when we start living that way, I I liken this to like putting on night vision goggles in the dark. Okay. So let's say we're all standing in the dark, and standing in the dark is the beliefs of the patriarchy that you have to earn your right to have anything, right? You have to work so hard, and then maybe you might get some of this stuff, but the really cool people have it all already. So good luck, right? Okay, that's us standing in the dark. Working through wealth consciousness and understanding how to live your life through wealth consciousness is like putting on night vision goggles in that moment. And all of a sudden, there are like hundreds of paths in front of you. They were always there, right? You just couldn't see them without the goggles on. And you don't have to invent anything, you don't have to do anything, you don't have to prove anything. You just have to put the wealth consciousness goggles on, and bam, all of a sudden they're there. And you know, I just did this recently. I was meditating in the morning, like I do. I love these examples. Um, where I was just like, listen, you know what? There's so many women out there that I want. I mean, my my motto for over a decade has been, let's put more money in the hands of more women, right? Meditating and I'm like, where are they? I know they're already here. Where are they? Let's go get them together, universe. Like, let's do this thing, right? Yes. And I had this thought there. I had this extraordinary woman. Her name is Rachel, and she had been on my podcast a year and a half ago, and she is a Yale grad in technology, and she founded um Starpath, which is a combination of an AI platform plus your astrology. It's incredible. It's incredible. I love it so much. And I'm meditating, right? And I had just bumped into her again. Like we love each other, we check in all the time. I just bumped into her and their audience is growing so quickly. And here I am meditating. And I was like, oh my gosh, that's what that's where they are. They're there with Rachel. And I called her and I said, Hey, let's do a class on the astrology of money and I'll do wealth consciousness. And of course, she was like, Hell yes, let's do it. That was instant access to like 50,000 people that are exactly the people I've been trying to reach with this message. Wow. I didn't have to do any. Do you see what I mean? Like I didn't quote unquote earn that. I didn't have to run around. These are real life examples. My clients are going through all the time in the Abundance Academy. We're having this like challenge all the time. How easy can you make it? And not easy like you're sitting around going, give me money, universe. Not like that. There's no arrogance in it. There's no hubris in it either. There's not like I best, this should be happening, but it's easy as in like start playing with nature. Start playing with this, right? Like, you don't have to be good or perfect in order to get what nature has to offer. The rain falls on the weeds as much as it falls on roses. Nature doesn't care. It is so abundant and we are so here. There's no perfection, there's no performing, there's no striving, there is being. And so by doing what I know to do every day, which is to tap into this one source, right? And say, okay, show me what to do today. And it did. And I did. And we're both super excited about it, right? And now everybody's going to benefit. And we're doing it for free. Like, oh my God, does it get any better? You know what I mean? And this is this is living inside of wealth consciousness. And that's why I call it night vision goggles. Ooh, so good.
SPEAKER_00It's so great, Sarah. Like, and I just miracles just happen. Like, and I don't want to call it miracles, but they just happen. Like when divine timing happens, it will show up exactly when it's meant to show up. Which is like, uh like the divine masculine hates that stuff, right? That's that's that's utter bullshit, right? Like, what do you mean it's just gonna show up when it's gonna show up? You don't have to work towards it. And like everything that you are and everything that you teach shows the exact opposite to be true. 100%. Oh my god, it's so isn't that cool?
SPEAKER_01So good. I know it's so and it's so fun. Um, and it doesn't mean there's not work involved. It's you know what I mean? Like, of course there is, but right, it's so playful, it's so natural, is the word I just keep coming back to every time I teach this. Is this actually the natural order of things? You know? Um, and yeah, did I have something to offer? Sure, but like it didn't even occur to me to call her before. It didn't occur to her to call me before, but now we're both like, this is so obvious. Right, right. It's like, oh my, how did we not even like we're not even in competition and we have the same audience? Like, what are we doing? Right. And it's when we start to play that way with night vision goggles on, it really is fun. And I, you know, really started saying to people, business is not just for the boys, like that is not what's happening here at all. This is our world. We understand the natural order. We we create from the invisible to the visible with our bodies as women, right? This is something we naturally do. This is our natural birthright, is to come into this world and experience all of the wealth that we possibly can with the humility and truth running the show that we came in naked, we're going out naked. We don't get to keep any of this stuff. We just get to really enjoy it and love it and play with it and experience it while we're here. So, what divine source, what God, what universe, what creative intelligence would not want us to experience absolutely everything we can while we're here? That's insane. Of course it does. And that's what I mean by abundance doesn't show up. We stop blocking it. And the madness of the patriarchy and the human mind is what's in the way.
SPEAKER_00Wow. Do you have any advice? And I know we've talked about it already, but any any additional thoughts around how do you stop blocking it? Because I think that just keeps pinging in my mind as the number one thing that are going through my listeners' minds right now. Is like how and you said you just you just open up to it, you just start receiving it. What do you what advice do you have for that?
Mother Line And The Father Wound
SPEAKER_01Yeah, I wish it was that like um easy. I know it is easy, actually. I mean, it there are. Look, I'll give you some steps right now. Absolutely. And I really learned how to do this at this level um because of the dog walking moment, but small, small practices right now, which is somebody opens the door, you say thank you. Somebody delivers you a salad and the beautiful server and it's wrong, you send it back. You can do it with love and warmth, but you now understand because we are all one, you are divine. You are God, you do have the ability to create, which is everything you know and teach, Nicole. Like a hundred percent, you know this, right? And so you would never, if you were to be face to face with God or the universe or your highest self, you would not say, it just shut up and take the salad, would you? You don't do that, you don't do that to God, right? Right. So you don't do that to you either. Once you start to embody the God S that you are truly, then it starts to shift. So it is these small moments. Oh, I just got chills, but it's these small moments of thank you. No, thank you. Yes. And and the way that I really have been leading people to this lately, um, I actually just held a workshop called The Renegotiation, where we get rid of all this invisible contract, this blocking that we all signed on for that we didn't realize we signed on for. And one of the things I love to have people do is look at what was role modeled for them through their mother and their grandmother. That we know the mother line is really important, but throughout the patriarchy, we've been sort of taught to lean on dad figure for money. And that's actually completely inaccurate. We mostly learn money and were through mom and grandma because they were the ones handling it, right? There were let's that's what we saw. They may not have been out in the world making it, but on a daily basis, they were making it stretch. They were making the dinner, they were providing the nourishment that we turn to money to provide most of the time. And that was the role of mother. So we really look at if you were to see your mother today, what would you want her to know? Even if you have a horrible relationship with her, you have a lovely relationship with her, she's here, she's not here. That's almost irrelevant. This is about what you taught yourself through the lens of mother and really looking at that for yourself of like, is that true? Is that not true? Would a goddess treat herself that way? Would she not? Is that something I signed on for logically and through intention and heart and soul, or is that something I just accepted because I thought. Was supposed to. So those lines there are truly important. And then for most women, where we can look to really like bust open receiving is the relationship with father. Um, Terry Cole is about to release another book. I love her so much. She wrote Boundary Boss, she's the one who coined the phrase high functioning codependence. She's a genius. Um, and she's about to release a book called The Father Wound. And I'm so grateful she's doing that. Yeah, that sounds good. Yeah, it's so good for so many women. And it doesn't matter. Your father could have been an extraordinary human being. He could have been amazing, you could have a great relationship, a really bad relationship. He could be dead, he could not be dead, right? Once again, it's irrelevant where he is in the world. It's what happened to you and what you made it mean. And so through father, we learn protection. Like, what does protection look like? And were you protected? Were you not protected? And what did you make that mean? What does emotional strength look like? And what does masculinity look like? And we learn these things from a very young age before we are really able to cognitively choose. Right. And this father wound, this is a big one for so many women, especially high-performing, high-achieving women, the women that you and I work with all the time, Nicole. There is a striving for dad's attention. Yes. And it does not go away because we want it to go away. It goes away when we actually heal that and we provide that attention for ourselves. We treat ourselves as the goddess that we are, regardless of what anyone else saw or didn't see. We see. We know what we do. We know what we went through. We know what we're worthy of. We know that just because we're breathing, there's still more for us to do. And that has to come through the father wound. Yes. Oh, that's right. So there's some places to look right away. Um, and it can change really, really quickly. Like I had somebody do this the other day, and she landed her first $15,000 contract, like within hours. And I was like, Yeah, that's how that works. It's amazing. It's amazing. The father wound, and it's a big deal. Do you like me now? Am I good enough now? Am I accomplishing it? It's like right exhausting. It's like, oh my gosh, no, just sit back and receive. You're good. You're good. Yeah.
SPEAKER_00Which sounds so directly related to the patriarchy, right? So it's like, but it's the closest version of that probably for you. Bingo.

SPEAKER_00Yeah. Oh it's mind blowing. It's mind blowing. And I love, I love what you're doing so much with this work because a lot of what I look at is more ancestral, lineage, looking backwards, which I think is more of I'm gonna say the more subconscious sub-subconscious, like really dark and deep, um, having these responses, and you're not sure why. But I just love how tangible um your processes are and what you're looking at with your clients are because it is so real and it's so easily trackable. And it is something that is so easily brought from the subconscious to the conscious. And you're like, oh, wait, I have a choice in how I live my life. I'm a I have a choice in how I see this. And I think a lot of people have no idea that these are all choices in our actions, our thoughts, our behaviors, the way that we treat ourselves. And it's so easy to overcome it once the invisible becomes visible.
SPEAKER_01100%. And that is where women excel. We're really, really good at being able to do that. And so that's why this starts to become really natural. But I heard you say, like, how do we unblock it? That I those are the first places to look and just watch your behavior on a daily, on a daily basis. Like, even at a four-way stop sign, you're like, oh no, you, oh no, please, you like allow yourself to actually exist.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, I love how you break that down. I was like, I definitely did that this morning. I was just like, no, you go. I'm always letting other people go first. And it and I've noticed so on point, Sarah. So on point, because it just keeps happening happening over and over and over again. And I'm like, why don't we keep doing that? And you just answered it. Yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_01Wild. Do you see me now?
SPEAKER_00Oh my goodness, now do I am I worth it? Yeah, it's crazy. It's it's so normal. And and like let's like take care of everybody else before we take care of us.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, dog walking moment. Yeah, that's I mean, that really brought that home for me forever. Yes, yes, wow.
SPEAKER_00Okay. So
Why Women With Money Change Things
SPEAKER_00we started or you started with a conversation of why women need to make the money. So let's start talking about like why do we want to put the wealth in the hands of women?
SPEAKER_01Yeah. Well, so many reasons. If I want to put on my statistician hat and just be like totally like, let's be just by the numbers, um, women do a better job of handling money, investing money, saving money, spending money, using money. Um, just that's just a fact, right? Nobody's perfect. We all make mistakes, but on the whole, if we look men, men and women, women do a much better job with money. So that's just like, let's just like lay that out there as a foundation. But deeper than that, um we are the social politicians of the world. We always have been as women, right? We're taking care of the village, we're looking up. This is why I just still to this day, I see all the women at the car line at school. I don't have littles in in that place anymore, but I mean, they're on their way to work. They're doing the lunch, they're doing the dinner, they're doing the thing. They know this, they know they're in 15 different chat groups, right? They know every schedule of every game, of everything for every child. They do carpools, they're managing their own homes, they're probably doing the grocery shopping and or making the grocery shopping list, like creating the weekend list of everything that needs to happen in the house, that light bulb, this thing, right? We are the social politicians. We always have been. We are the social architects, we are the the underpinning of society. And part of the damage of the patriarchy, and this has damaged man as much as it has women, but part of the damage that the patriarchy has done is it has said that that emotional labor is not worth money. And they've said all the invisible work that goes into making the world work isn't valuable. Right. So the underpinning of all that work, I mean, we've all done it. We all know what have I peed today? I don't know. Did I eat? I don't know, right? Like we've all been in that situation, and that's not quote unquote worth anything. So that needs to get rewritten stat. Like we need to stop the idea that that one, that that isn't labor, and two, that it's not valuable, it is the most valuable. And we want now the financial equity to reflect the truth of that. So the sooner that we are able to treat ourselves as the goddesses that we are, because this is always from the inside out, the faster the world can respond. And every time one woman taps into her inner knowing, taps into her inner goddess, and changes her status of wealth, and that doesn't mean all of a sudden she's like flying a plane to work. What that means is she's carrying herself as a goddess. She's taken the time to drink her coffee in the morning. She is allowing everyone else in her life to take care of themselves. She doesn't need the accolades to be whole. She already is. And when that woman enters a room, every other woman goes, Oh, I can do that too. Because what comes with that, and because we are at the heart, we are animals, we are a species, we feel each other. At the heart of living a wealthy existence, meaning you are whole and complete regardless, is your nervous system becomes regulated. Yes. And as the animals that we are, we know. Or like, what is she having? We know when someone's regulated. We we may not call it that, we might not even be conscious of it, but there's a communication happening between our bodies constantly. So when a woman shows up as the goddess she are, and she is she is, and she is whole, and she has had her coffee and her kids packed their own lunch, right? And her husband's perfectly capable of finding out what list needs to be done in the house, right? She doesn't have to do that, right? Because she's whole. There's no needing to perform to be a good enough woman. She already is. That shifts everything. And then once we have that access to that, the money can't not come. It's just a thing. Right. I don't know how that works and don't even care how that works.
SPEAKER_00I just know it works. It's like that's that's might be where I can help you fill in that gap. Yeah. Yeah, right.
SPEAKER_01I know you probably can. I was gonna say, it's like I liken it. I mean, it's the law of resonance, right?
SPEAKER_00Yeah, well, it's the law of vibration and attraction. So if you are operating at your highest vibrational frequency because you are in goddess mode, because you know your worth, because your inside matches your outside, because you have internal coherence, right? You are going to start to attract the opportunities that either want that resonance, by the way, right? Or the things that already are that resonance. And so, and everything is an equal energetic exchange. So if you are vibrating at a higher frequency, inevitably you are going to be the getting the higher result back to you, which is abundance in every form, wealth in every form.
SPEAKER_01Yep.
SPEAKER_00So your wealth will match your vibrational frequency.
SPEAKER_01Yep, it can't not happen. And that's why you're the expert in that. Yep. I love it. I I mean, the one I use, and I love how you say that. And the way I love to describe it to people and why it can't not come in, is it's like if we were in a let's say we were in a music store and over to the left there's a piano, over to the right, there's a guitar. If you hit the middle C on the piano, the C on the guitar will vibrate. Yes. No touching, no touchy touchy, right? They can't not do that. It's the exact same thing, it's the exact same thing. And I love how you break that down, Nicole, because it's so true. It can't not come in, it's impossible. It's impossible.
SPEAKER_00And it's so interesting because it it just is again so opposite because the work has to come from within, right? You have to bring the alignment and the abundance from within, get you into goddess mode, which will raise your vibration to attract everything that you've been looking for and asking for. And honestly, for a lot of intuitives, the things that you know that are coming that are inevitable, and you're like, How do I get there? You got to work on yourself first. Every time. Every time. It's every testing, but it's every time.
SPEAKER_01It's every time. And there will be layers, right? I mean, heck, you guys, I always point to myself. I'm like, hello, right? Like the dog walking moment cracks me up because I'd already been in business for 14 years. What like I didn't know? I quote unquote knew, but there was another layer.

SPEAKER_01Right. And there will be another one. And that's okay. That that means it's actually working, right? And then I just watch everything in the business shift every single time. I watch the revenue shift every single time. I watch the people who are attracted to come work in my business change every single time. It's like it can't not happen. I don't care how I don't care if you stand in front of the guitar and you're like, don't look, don't. It's still gonna vibrate. Like you can't block it. You can't. It's a fact. The only way to block it is to believe in the madness of the human mind.
SPEAKER_00You say so casually. Say it like it is. This is so good. It's so good.
Profitable Business Without Losing Yourself
SPEAKER_00So this really gets into um another question because what I'm hearing, and in at least in my world, there are a lot of, and I think we can take this from any sort of business owner perspective, but from a metaphysical practitioner perspective, I know a lot of people are trying to get into the business, starting to open businesses and trying to be profitable. So, so what do you wish that women understood about building a profitable, profitable business, but not like losing that goddess mode, not losing themselves in the process?
SPEAKER_01Yeah, it's such a great question. And I think one of the reasons I love being a business coach, right? With this lens of wealth consciousness, is that businesses like I think running, owning, starting, looking at business is one of the more powerful personal development tools we have access to. Um, it really is a great vehicle for personal development because immediately what comes up is you start grasping outside of yourself. You can't, it's like near impossible to know. I need that course, I need the thing, I gotta do the thing, I need a lead magnet. What is that? I don't care. I gotta have like you just you lose your mind, right? Because all of a sudden you're outsourcing the goddess wisdom. And there's so many times that will pull people back from the brink where they're like, I need more strategy. I'm like, okay, what does that look like? I don't know, everything, everything. And it's like, nope, that's never gonna be it. And what we can do in that moment is say, who needs you right now? Just one person, think of one person who popped into your head right now. Good, go email them. That is the best business strategy on planet Earth. I'm not kidding. I've been I've been doing this for 17 years. That is the smartest thing you can do on a daily basis is nurture your relationships, tap into your inner goddess and say, Who needs me? What service am I providing today? And go get it. Literally, that's how you stay in goddess mode. And in some days, it's all right, what am I teaching? Who am I serving? What is happening? Why am I here? What is my soul contract? Yeah, right. Which is PS, spoiler alert, a new lead magnet we're working on, right? Because everyone's like, what's a soul contract? What's mine? I'm like, all right, let's give them that.
SPEAKER_00Yes.
SPEAKER_01But I didn't come, I didn't, I wasn't like, I need a lead magnet, right? No, you show up, you do your work, you reach out to people, you live in the work that you are doing. Yes, become the business owner, you become the goddess. And what the next step is falls out of your face. You got to go do it, sure. But like again, you put on the night vision goggles, and every path in front of you that's already here becomes visible.
SPEAKER_00Yes.
SPEAKER_01You don't have to reinvent all this, you don't have to have the most beautiful website. Build it when you're ready. Oh my God, of course. But take a hot second. What are you doing? What should it say? Why are you here? Who are you helping? What do you feel like when you help people? And what would that woman say on a website? But it is so hard. But the second we think we don't know, we have been trained by the patriarchy to pick up our weapons of mass distraction and search for it. That's not where it is. It will never be there. Are there things you need to know? Yeah, okay, good. Go, you can Google that. Like, yeah, do you need stripe? Yeah, you do. You need stripe. Yep, let's get to stripe. Okay, that took 30 seconds. Next, right? Like understanding what there is in growing a business is relationships. Um, like the story I just shared about Rachel and me, right? And how much we're supporting each other on such a this grand scale that's so great. But but more than that, remembering that the way money is designed as of now is it will always come into your business through people. It's not gonna come in because you had the best social media post. That can help, yes. But if you have nothing to follow that up with, if you don't know who you are after you do your yap challenge, it's gonna fall flat. You've got to have something behind that. You've got to know who you are as the goddess that you are. What is your soul contract? What are you here to do? Once you know that, then you can go do the yap challenge if you want, or go hire the graphic designer that makes your socks roll up and down, or have AI write you an entire book. Sure, go do that. That's fine. But it won't work unless you've established who you are internally before the outside world gets access. It just won't. You'll get really tired.

SPEAKER_01You won't sleep, you'll think you're stupid, you'll get caught in the compare and despair trap. Um, and the business is over here going whenever you're ready to tap in, I'm I'm right here, right? While you're like looking at the best way to say things with AI.
unknownYeah.
SPEAKER_00Did I answer your question? No, it so backs up what um I've what I know about business at a uh because businesses have souls. Yes. So you can actually tap into like the soul of the business. And I love that you create the business or you talk about the business and like give it this personification with it, which which I think is so accurate. And that is the experience that I have when I tap into like the quote unquote soul of the business to understand it. And I it's so accurate to what you're saying because I have so many business clients that come to me and they're like, I need to learn what my what this next offer is. This is what we have on the table. I don't know how to market it, I don't know how to do these things. And inevitably, I'm like, but it's the wrong offer. What do you talk? Like, like this is your cognitive brain creating a process around something that you think is possible, or God forbid, you take a sign as this is the offering I'm supposed to be doing. And I'm like, no, no, no, you want to know what your next lead magnet is. Let's go to your business and ask that. Like, let's ask what's the way that you're supposed to show up in this type of space and what is that going to lead to? Because, like, that entire plan is already available for you for you. And you might not understand every single step, but the information is there, but you have to get your own mind out of the way first every
Stillness Beats Hustle And AI
SPEAKER_00time. Yeah, and your nervous system.
SPEAKER_01Yes, the the answer is never in the mind. It's never in the mind, it's never in the mind. It's so sad, isn't it? But I think about like just given the way we're all taught study hard, do the thing, but it's like, no, that's so not where it is. And one of my favorite examples of this is something that we all use every day, is Einstein. Right? So he was in his apartment. I want to say it was in Switzerland. I may have that wrong, but I'm pretty sure it was in Switzerland when he realized the laws of the universe. Okay, he didn't invent the laws of the universe. No, he put himself in a position in a moment of stillness while drinking his coffee, watched the way the sun floated in through his window and created a rainbow. And he could see it in a moment of stillness. He wasn't studying, he wasn't running around, it was like, oh my God, there it is. Now it was always there. Yes, but he was the only one who saw it. Why? Because he put himself in a physical, emotional, spiritual state to see what was already there. Yes, that's the difference. And we use his ability to see that every single day. Every single day it changed humanity because he was still while he was drinking his coffee. That's where it is. That's where it is. Right. Not an AI. I love AI. God bless AI, right? But it's like AI is just going to be an aggregate of everything that's on the internet. Is that really what you want building your stuff? Right.
SPEAKER_00Because if it's already on the internet, it's already published, by the way.
SPEAKER_01And someone's already doing it thought of it. Right. And the thing about AI is it can't think. It can aggregate, but it can't think. And it cannot be and it cannot tap tap it, tap into God energy. It just can't. And so just I say that, I say that not to put down AI. I love it, use it every day. But it's it's the idea that we don't outsource our goddesshood. That's not a thing. And to relax into that, like that's actually like a relief. Well, I have to figure this out.
SPEAKER_00You get to just be it. Yeah. And our goddess is a unique, it's just like our fingerprint. We all have a unique vibrational frequency of goddess. And so if you're using AI to establish your business plan, your strategy, your offers, you're using somebody else's signature and vibration, and it's inevitably not going to work for you. Correct. Yeah. Because it has to be in perfect alignment with your vibration in order to achieve that abundance, vibration, and wealth. And this is why you can't Google it. This is why you can't go. I'm stealing the term you used to use all the time. Um, like the entrepreneurial porn that's out there. Yes. Absolutely love it. Because, like, if you look at one, you can like they'll send you 17 ads in a row of that entrepreneurial porn, and it's gonna make you feel like shit, like you already said earlier. And so I just I love the way that you talk about this. I love the way that you bring transparency and honestly, just um a totally refreshing perspective on looking at wealth and looking at abundance and your mission to get more money in the women's of hands, who are so much more socially gosh, like in every sense of the word, just just more socially responsible for themselves, for their community, for the planet. And this is part, like I'm gonna go a little bit off the woo. This is part of the ascension, is is shifting who holds the wealth away from the Elon Musk's and the Jeff Bezos into the hands of people who actually need it and is going to use it responsibly.
SPEAKER_01That's right. And I mean, part of the peace I feel around that too. I love that you just said that. You're so good. Okay, but part of the peace I feel around that um is watching the two people you just mentioned, right? And the lack of wholeness that we see on display, right? There's there's money, there is no wealth. Right. Right. The having to have the younger and younger wife, the bigger and bigger boobs, more and more lips, bigger and bigger yachts, running around stages with chainsaws. Like it's that's what I mean by the madness of the human mind, is that my heart breaks a little bit, right? Because it's they they were they bought in. To it that this is going to make you happy. And they're so clearly not happy. And um, that is the course that most people are going to try to take. And I think we're really out to shift that and know there is a whole other way that is within us, that it is naturally there. It's about, it's about a like a remembering that this is already here. You're okay. The God energy is in you. And so there's nothing for you to manifest outside yourself that you don't give yourself permission to manifest because you are the one. I really love teaching that the one isn't out there. That's why they're running around with chainsaws because they're like, Do I have it now? Do I and it's no, you're no, that's not where it is. And so remembering when you're like, I want to manifest whatever, right? My next five clients, whatever it is, then grant that. Say, good, you got it done. Because you're the God. So grant it.
SPEAKER_00Mm-hmm. Oh, so it's such a good conversation.
Coaching Options And Abundance Academy
SPEAKER_00Uh so what are you working on? Where can people like work with you? I want to talk about some of the amazing things because you are just gosh, such a such a light and such a motivational force for so many women. Um, that you know, I've met through you that I love. I mean, obviously you're a force unto itself, but how can people work with you? What what are some of the offerings that you have if people are just absolutely loving your message?
SPEAKER_01Yeah, yeah. I think there's there's two places people really come in with me. One is one-on-one coaching, which I will always do, right? Because I don't listen to everybody else's like, you have to scale, you can't do one. I love it. Only a handful of spots. I don't care. I love it, I keep them. Um, and then the other is the Abundance Academy, which we have been reworking since my dog walking moment. Um, it's really a year inside of practicing wealth consciousness consistently. So the Abundance Academy is a year-long program. Um, and each month we're focusing in on a tenant of wealth consciousness and practicing it, actively putting it into your life so that by the end of the year, you have experienced a full year living inside of wealth consciousness. And it is so cool to see what people are shifting in there. It's like, oh, I get chills every day. I'm like unbelievable. It's so great.
SPEAKER_00Wow. I mean, you already mentioned one person getting, what was it, a $12,000 offer than within hours? 15 hours. Yeah. Wow. Yeah. It's really cool stuff. Wow. Yeah. And it's just again, like shifting the vibe. I mean, I know you do it in such a different way, but like it's it really is about shifting the vibrational frequency of who you are and what you're here to be into bringing yourself into more alignment, which is going to bring more abundance every time. Oh so good. Yeah. So I'm just I'm obsessed, Sarah. I'm so obsessed. And I can't speak enough. Um, a little bit of an announcement for me. Like, I just can't say enough about Sarah because I was in her abundance academy, and it was just such a wonderful experience to look at myself differently, look at the way I view abundance differently, look at the way that I bring that into my business and my clients and my coaching myself differently. And I what I learned in the year that I spent with you, I will forever cherish and treasure. And I'm just, I'm so grateful for you. Uh, and I wouldn't be where I am today without you, Sarah. And what I'll say about you too, that I think is so important is is that you are not only are you so coachable, yes, you are, but you are so open and you are so ready to learn and you always pull more information to you. Like that was one of the things I really watched you do over that year, where you were like, I'm gonna learn about this and I'm gonna learn about this. And you even went through like that wasn't quite the right offer, right? And really learning how to feel that for yourself so that as you teach it and share it with others, it is real, lived your signature vibration that's out there in the world. And I just I just love that about you. I think it's so powerful how you do that.
SPEAKER_00Oh, thank you. Thank you. Yeah, I mean, I'm and that's part of my human design is I'm just constantly experimenting, um, failing, and just like figuring out if the other one I love that you always said was the the pen, the pen on the desk analogy. What was that one? That was so that one's so good.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, so I love to say this specifically about marketing because everybody freaks out about marketing. Yeah, but marketing is like, you know, I always say to people, wipe off your desk like you're gonna have sex in the movies, right? Like wipe everything off your desk, put a blindfold on, and someone puts a pen on your desk somewhere. Okay, just somewhere. Your job is to find the pen. And the only way to do that is to feel around and find where it's not. That is the only way. And that's what marketing is is you try message after message after message after message, and bam, one day you grab the pen. You're like, I got it. But you can't rarely does someone put their hand out the very first time and grab it. That's just not how it goes, right? You got to feel around and learn where it's not. And that is the part that most people don't share.
SPEAKER_00Oh, I just love that. I I'm I'm always I met Carly through you. So I'm always telling Carly, I'm like, Well, I didn't find the pen yet.
SPEAKER_01We're still we're still I love that you say that. That's so good. So good. Yeah, I will say we attract some really beautiful souls. You guys are just gorgeous.
