I asked executives to anonymously confess their Shadow AI behavior. The responses were stunning—not because people are hiding AI use, but because of WHY they're hiding it and WHO is hiding it.
In this Forbes Friday episode, I share five real confessions (anonymized) from executives who are using AI extensively but keeping it quiet. From the CEO who uses ChatGPT for every email to the VP whose entire team relies on unauthorized tools to hit quota—these stories reveal that Shadow AI isn't a frontline problem. It's a leadership problem.
