Good being about today. That's always nice to do sometimes. It is. It's needed. How's your day? My day was good. We have this week, and then we have spring break next week, so I am uh looking forward to hopefully a very fast week.

I bet it's probably a little bit crazy at school right now. It is, and I think the kids are ready for a break, and we're all ready for our breaks. Yes. And they don't shy away from showing that they need a break either. No, they do not. They do not. They're like, we're tired. And then especially with the weather being the way that it is too, it's really hard to focus when it's warm and sunny. And all we've had is, you know, just this cold weather here lately. So makes it even harder to keep them focused. And does. It's a tough job. Yeah. I think it's hard for me to stay focused. You just want to be outside. It's pretty Yeah, just want to be outside. I'm like, let's all just go outside and do our lesson. You know, I remember times that teachers would do that, that they would take us outside and we could do our lesson out there.

It didn't happen very often, but it was it was neat.

Well, we're coming on here because we have a couple of announcements, right? Yes, we do. So the first one is I shortened the name of our podcast to conversations inspired by I felt like it was just really long. And so I thought, I'm just gonna shorten it. We say our names at the beginning, so people I think by now who listen to us regularly know who we are. So I thought let's just shorten it and make it a little bit easier for people to find, I guess. Okay. And then we came to an agreement this weekend about the book that we're doing for season four. Yes, we did. So I realized it was a little difficult to do in a legal way. Yes. Yeah. We um I had a panic moment, which you had, I mean, you had already expressed concern when you brought the book and the idea. You're already like, I'm not real sure. And we thought, you know what, let's just try it. And then after those two episodes, I I panicked and I um did some some Googling, some extra Googling on copyright laws, which I'd already done before, you know, we had even started the podcast. But um I was like, let me just double check myself. And then I called you or texted you, and um, we ended up talking and and deciding that we were gonna go a different route. Yeah. So the whole point of our um of our podcast was to pick a book and um have conversations that were inspired by what we were reading in the book, not necessarily about the contents in the book. And we've done a really great job with that. Um, you know, we love having those kind of uh candid conversations where um we can just talk about the things that we're dealing with without revealing content from whatever book we're reading. And so with this one, it was just a little bit harder because it was um so like step focused. Yes, yeah. And so we just found it more of a challenge to be able to have the conversations that we were wanting to have. And so um we picked a new book for season four. So we're just scratching and starting over brand new season four. For those of you that bought the other book, keep reading it. I know I'm gonna keep reading it, but we just won't we won't be giving any guidance as that book goes. Yeah, it's a great book. So, yes, like you said, if you bought it, still keep reading it because it's good information. Um we just can't do a podcast on it, unfortunately.

So we don't want to get in trouble. I don't need a lawsuit. No, no, and I think probably the the worst that would happen um would just be like an email telling us to stop. Okay, pull it and stop. But you know, I who who knows? So we just kind of wish I went ahead and pulled those episodes anyways. And so I we don't want to rock the boat. No, we don't, and we got, you know, yeah. So yeah, we don't want to rock the boat and we don't want to get in trouble. So we just decided to go a different way. But we're gonna read um, don't give the enemy a seat at your table. Um, this was recommended to me by a co-worker and uh named Charlotte. And so um I had shared it with Jen, and we both decided that we would just maybe do this book because that would inspire some great conversations and it we don't have to reveal anything that's going on in the book, but it gives us great subject matter, so exactly. So we're pivoting. I hope you guys will pivot with us and give us some grace. Yes. We're new to this. Yes, so we're we're figuring things out still, even though it's been three years.

Which is crazy. It is. I can't believe we've been doing it for three years. It'll be three years in uh May. Okay. Yeah, so that's cool. Here we go. Here we go.
