Gaylor Montmasson-Clair, Senior Economist at Trade & Industrial Policy Strategies (TIPS) and leads the organizations work on sustainability and just transition. He is also the facilitator of the South African Renewable Energy Masterplan (SAREM) and a Research Associate and Guest Lecturer at the Centre for Competition, Regulation and Economic Development (CCRED) at the University of Johannesburg.
