The Chicago Cubs Suck Right Now + Mailbag

Welcome back to the Monday Morning Cubs Show and it's probably the most disappointed and upset we've been in the history of our program. That's because the Cubs are playing lifeless and gutless baseball with no signs of life. It's sad and inconsistent and driving us insane, so we use today's show to process through our troubles. Do we blame the front office? Or the players? Or how much does Craig Counsell suck right now in keeping the team together? There's so many considerations because the Cubs have been so terrible over the last week. We do our best to sort it out before the most important week of the season. We need to make up some ground on the Brewers and we need to do it quickly. Hopefully the bats wake up on Monday's off day and we can get this train back on the tracks before turning our attention to the dreaded wildcard. Until then...
