Ep 6 - In this episode I am joined by Registered Psychotherapist Stacey Sanderson to take a deep dive into Emotional Regulation.  We discuss what regulation feels like, how to recognize dysregulation, and steps to take to begin regulating yourself.  We also discuss how to identify and deal with challenges in a narcissistic relationship.

More about our Guest:

Hi! My name is Stacey Sanderson and I live and work in Peterborough, Ontario. I am a Registered Psychotherapist and Social Worker, and more recently trained in life coaching. I am soon to have my first book published! I have spent over two decades researching narcissism and the impact of relational trauma on people’s self esteem and physical health. The best information and wisdom about this has come from being in conversation with hundreds of people.  This has helped clients, of course, but has also been my own healing journey.  My passion and mission is helping people to understand patterns of narcissism, in relationships, organizations and communities,  how to find healthy boundaries, take care of their energy and find empowerment and meaning.

My husband and I have two adult children and three fur babies. We love small town country life. You can find me on the water in my boat or kayak, running, hiking, gardening, curling, cooking and I am a rugby enthusiast.
