- Hiring your vendors too soon or without proper research.
- Hiring vendors outside your budget point. And you need to know how much is allocated PER vendor and/or category for your wedding or event.
- Paying your vendor's full price upfront.
- Not responding to your planner or vendors in a timely fashion.
