Sam Quast is a young, local person from the Bega Valley in Bega with autism who never lets anything hold him back, a big Wiggles fan, and a great singer and guitar player.
Sam also currently works as a delivery driver at Macca's which he enjoys, and he also enjoys doing the Podcast Group on Tuesday and Music Group on Friday at Disability Trust.
Inspired by doing the Podcast Group at Disability Trust on Tuesdays, he is now here to present his own podcast show, 'Sam's Variety Show'.
Sam's Variety Show is a podcast filled with songs, jokes, laughter and of course, joy!
With the episodes running for 10-20 minutes approximately, it'll be enough to give you as much entertainment, laughter and joy as much as possible.

Today on the show, the whole episode will be a book review on 'Out of the Blue, a book written by Blue Wiggle Anthony Field and his cousin, Greg Truman.
About the Book 'Out of the Blue':
'Out of the Blue' is a book about the Blue Wiggle, and the only original Wiggle remaining in the group today, Anthony Field.
In the book, Anthony shares stories from his childhood, rockin' with his first band The Cockroaches, his childhood studies and it formed The Wiggles, and he also opens up about his chronic pain and depression he's dealt with over the years, how it almost forced him to leave The Wiggles, how he's managed to overcome it and stay in his beloved role as the Blue Wiggle.
About Greg Truman:
Greg Truman is Anthony's cousin, a writer, journalist and singer from Australia, based in New York.
He has done some backing vocal work for The Wiggles, and also written the scripts for 'The Wiggles Movie', their first TV series and various Wiggles' videos.
