Compared to pizza and bagels, seltzer water kind of flies under the radar in regards to NYC edible delights, but it has a long and rich history in the city. The Brooklyn Seltzer Museum is sharing that history inside Brooklyn Seltzer Boys which is the last seltzer factory in the tri-state area.
