One of the biggest topics in the world right now relates to HEALTH.

After 2020, more and more people are focusing on their health more than ever. Even though it's a major focus, there's so much misinformation out there.

Think about it... in the US there's more access to healthcare, medical technology is as advanced as ever, we have more drugs and prescriptions able to be prescribed, but individuals are more unhealthy than ever.

This is why I dedicated my life to health and fitness and started my own business called Driven Fitness. I'm an online personal trainer the regular every day person live a healthier life.

One of the hardest things to overcome in a health and fitness journey is staying on track when traveling. Now this doesn't mean bringing a food scale or freezing your chicken and broccoli to bring on the plane. It's hard because people are out of their regular routine, they don't know how to choose or access healthier options, and a lot of times people will blow all of their progress out of the water due to one trip they went on.

But it doesn't have to be that way.

Health and fitness is a lifestyle. It's not just counting calories and taking shirtless photos to post on the internet.

Health and fitness relates to travel because how do you expect to go and see the world or go see more things in the world, if you're unhealthy and aren't able to do so.

This is why it's so important to keep up with our health so that we can continue to try to live longer to be able to enjoy more of the things we love to do (like travel the world).

In this episode I go over 6 Health and Fitness Tips While Traveling. This episode will help show you sustainable, simple, and realistic tips to be able to continue living a healthier lifestyle while traveling.
