#07: Do Something That Scares You
Fear is the thing that holds all of us back from our dreams and the things we want to do in life.
When you think about it, what's worse?..
The fear of failing or the fear of regret?
A lot of times fear holds us back because of what think others (who we may not even know) might think about us.
As we all explore what our true purpose is and what we want to do in our life, there's going to be a time when you have to take a chance.
To take a risk.
To get in and play the game.
To book the ticket and go.
A lot of times after doing something that scares us, we realize it's really not that bad.
Although, there are levels to this like free diving with great white sharks (haha).
In this episode, I'm going to be challenging you to put one thing on your list to do before year ends.
So my challenge to you for the second half of 2024 is this...
Do something that scares you.
Anything.
It could be booking the trip to go to a new country.
investing in a new workshop or class.
Opening up the business.
Asking the person you like on a date.
Just GO FOR IT!
Because if you don't, you might be stuck wondering why you never took the chance or the risk to do the thing you wanted.
A lot of times we fear rejection, but never trying always guarantees rejection.
Stop letting fear hold you back.
At some point, you gotta just go for it.
I hope you enjoy this episode!
Never stop exploring.
