#10: 5 Tips To Living Healthier

After 2020, one of the major focuses of a lot of people has been health.

One of the biggest issues with the health and fitness world is the amount of people trying to sell you something for their own benefit instead of actually trying to help you solve your issue.

A lot of "influencers" will use buzz words and bold claims to try to scare you. The reason this happens is because people buy off of emotion and not logic. 

With owning my own coaching business focusing on helping others with their fitness and nutrition, I wanted to share 5 simple and easy tips to help you live healthier.

No fads. No quick fixes. I'm not going to ask you to buy anything from this episode. No links or anything like that...

Just a few helpful tips to help those of your exploring their own health.
