#11: Trying A New Skill; Why You're Frustrated With Your Health And Fitness
We only have a shot time in this world, and that's why it's so important to be able to go out and experience new things.
To experience new things, we need to be humble enough to go out and try them as well as be bad at them when we're just getting started.
This also relates to health and fitness.
When you're just getting started focusing on your health, you're going to find things you like and don't like. You're also going to find what works best and doesn't work best for you as well as trying and experiencing new things along your journey.
In this episode, we're going to be talking about why you're frustrated in your health and fitness. For many people, making new recipes, lifting weights, dieting, and more are a struggle when getting started out.
Just like any skill, you will become better at it as you continue to do it more and more.
Through myself coaching individuals as well as making many mistakes along the way myself, I came up with 3 big reasons why you're probably frustrated on that health and fitness journey and what to do about it.
