Welome to the Las Vegas Mom’s spare bedroom version of the HRIS Careers podcast. I just arrived in Las Vegas for the HR Technology conference and decided to give this episode Vegas style jazzy vibe with AI Troy's help.
This episode was prompted by a friend from high school that is a very accomplished software sales executive. But not in the HR software space. He just became the Chief Revenue Officer of a compensation planning software company and needed a better a grasp of the HR software marketplace. I decided to make a quick overview of the entire HR software landscape for him. I did concentrate on the over 1000 employee market and you will hear me reference the 1000 – 3000 employee market since he thought that would be his initial focus with the software.
