Uh, bash was a little under weather right now so we're not able to be at the same spot right here, but we're going to be still give you video content, wrestling, podcast, stuff, all that and we are going to be doing the Royal Rumble predictions today, 2025 Royal Rumble Go through it. Who do you think is going to debut? Maybe? Who's going to come back? Who's going to win it? You know, maybe the final two. Let's get to it.
Speaker 1:All right, but for the first match on the card, it's the Women's Royal Rumble and my pick. I'm kind of mad that they ruined her surprise, but I'm going with Charlotte Flair to win the 2025 Women's Royal Rumble.
Speaker 2:So you think she's going to win it.
Speaker 1:Yep. I have a feeling, the two who you're going to think, but I'm not certain.
Speaker 2:No, I don't know, because I'm going about who's the women's champion right now, because there's not a women's match on here, so the belts aren't changing hands today. So Tiffany Stratton and Rhea Ripley both have the belts right now.
Speaker 1:Yeah, and they're probably not going to lose it to Mania anyways.
Speaker 2:Exactly so. They're not going to lose it right now, so it doesn't look like they're going to lose it. So figure out who can be a good matchup for either one of those. That's what I'm coming down to. Who do I think would be the better matchup between both of them? Because Rhea Ripley, obviously, charlotte Flair.
Speaker 1:No, I mean Tiffany Stratton versus Charlotte Flair.
Speaker 2:Yeah, that can work too.
Speaker 1:I mean, you should you sure Charlotte Flair really want a rematch. I feel like Tiffany Stratton versus Charlotte Flair would be a better match, because we haven't seen it.
Speaker 2:Yeah, you got that, but then you also have. I mean, you got some people may come back. Who knows, you got Baker Lynch may come back. Who knows, you got Baker Lynch may come back?
Speaker 1:I heard that Jordan Grace is signed to the WWE, but I'm not sure if it's true.
Speaker 2:I think if she did, she's in NXT right now. I know her contract. Yeah, I know her contract ran out in January with TNA.
Speaker 1:But I feel like she just might show up, but not like win it, but I hope she's going to win.
Speaker 2:Yeah, she's going to be on NXT first, I think, like I said, her last match in TNA was against Tessa Blanchard.
Speaker 1:Is that when she lost the title?
Speaker 2:No, she lost the title already.
Speaker 1:Oh, okay.
Speaker 2:It was like a grudge match. They had been attacking each other for weeks. Yeah, kind of like CM Punk and Drew McIntyre was. They were having one of those kind of feuds where it wasn't the building involved, it was just them. Just when they saw each other, it was on site pretty much.
Speaker 1:Yeah.
Speaker 2:So they had one of those matches Tessa Blanchard won. It looked like it was Jordan Grayson's last match, the way people were clapping for and the wrestlers backstage and all that TNA is still working with NXT.
Speaker 1:Yeah, so they can do any switchovers or something.
Speaker 2:Yeah, but she's going to be signed with WWE, though she's not going to be on TNA every week. Yeah, yeah yeah, she's going to be in WWE. She may still work with people like that in TNA, but she's in WWE now.
Speaker 1:And before you get into your prediction, I do it. And another thing that people say they're returning. There's like two people, um um, nikki Bella and AJ Lee. Do you think either of those is a possibility? If?
Speaker 2:a AJ Lee. If she comes back, it'd have to be this time. Yeah, yeah, Do you think either of those is a possibility?
Speaker 1:If AJ Lee, if she comes back, it'll have to be this time. Yeah, yeah, do you think it's full time or just Royal Rumble?
Speaker 2:Well, she's not. Next year's Royal Rumble is in Saudi Arabia and you know CM Punk don't do those shows, oh yeah, yeah. She's not going to do those shows because he doesn't do them. So if she doesn't, debut if she doesn't come back this year it's going to be two years before the next one. You see what I'm saying. Yeah, so if she doesn't come back this time, she's not coming back put it that way.
Speaker 1:Yeah, that's a fair point.
Speaker 2:But I would definitely say she would definitely. She may not be on the main roster, but if she does come back, she may come back and have like a little part-time type of role. So have like a little, you know, part-time type of role. Uh. So yeah, it's hard, man, there's so many women wrestlers that could debut. Man, I mean you got tna, you got they work with japan sometimes, so you got some people from japan can come over. Man, uh, I'm not gonna pick bailey again. I picked her last year, uh, because she won last year. I don't see her repeating. I mean, you see how that's a bliss. Yeah, I mean you got jay cargill, but they're I don't think she's winning the rumble though no, she's not gonna win it.
Speaker 2:Uh, just cause whoever attacked her is gonna be in that match more likely. So well, that'd probably be a few itself for wrestlemania right there. Whoever attacked her was bianca, was it was Bianca, or Naomi, or somebody else we don't know about, who knows? But who'd you pick to win, charlotte Flair?
Speaker 1:Yeah, Charlotte Flair.
Speaker 2:Who do I want to see wrestle? Either one of those, I mean Becky Lynch, could definitely. I could see her coming back and winning it. Who else? Or do you think it's going to be just somebody there, or is it going to be like a surprise? Somebody wins.
Speaker 1:I think it's going to be like either.

Speaker 2:Remember when Shinsuke won it? Nobody was expecting him to win it that year.

Speaker 2:It was crazy that he won but then of course he didn't win the title. Yeah, so I'm going to say Becky Lynch. I'm going to say Becky Lynch comes back if she wins. I'm just going to throw it out there because it's so hard to pick. I mean, I'm sure there's going to be someone from NXT. I'm sure Roxanne Perez is going to come. Yeah, I'm sure Bayley got the thing going on. I'm sure Last Legend is going to come. Yeah, we got the thing going on. I'm sure Last Legend is going to be in there. Julia's definitely going to probably be there, for sure.
Speaker 1:She's going to show off some NXT talent.
Speaker 2:Yeah, I'm sure it's 30 women. You got 30 women in the match. Yeah, you don't need to bring 15 older women wrestlers in there anymore, like you did the first time. The first couple of ones I get you bringing Nikki Bella and Molly Holly and all the ones in because they had never been in one before. So it's giving the veterans the respect of being in the Royal Rumble for the first time. But now you got so many women wrestlers within TNA, wwe, nxt Japan you can bring over and not bring in an old wrestler.

Speaker 2:You know, but yeah. But but yeah, I'm gonna go.

Speaker 2:I mean, she knows who attacked her, I'm sure yeah, unless it was like a blind side yeah, if it was a blind side, I get it, but if it's not a blind side, then I mean, you know, but uh, but yeah, alright, let's get to the next one okay for the next one, a potential For the next one, a potential show stealer.
Speaker 1:In my opinion, motor City Machine Gun versus DIY in a two out of three falls match for the SmackDown Tag Team Championships, yeah, and for this one I'm pretty sure DIY is going to retain. I just don't see them losing this close to Mania.

Speaker 1:Yeah, I feel like they're going to have something with like Pretty Deadly at Mania.
Speaker 2:Yeah, yeah, yeah, I mean yeah, it looks like they're going to lead up to Pretty Deadly having some kind of push, because they've been on TV every week.

Speaker 2:Didn't they do that in WWE 4? It was Edge and Christian versus the Hardys versus the Dudleys. Yeah, was there a fourth team in that match?
Speaker 1:I think so.
Speaker 2:It was the first TLC match. Was anybody else in that match besides them?

Speaker 1:Yeah, the.
Speaker 2:Hardys. Was anybody else in that match between them? I don't know. Triple threat match, right, that's all it was.
Speaker 1:I feel like yeah.
Speaker 2:Yeah, I think that may be all it was, but yeah, maybe something like that where they put DIY versus Pretty Deadly versus Legato versus Motor City Machine Guns. Yeah, because I mean, street Poppers haven't been there in a while. There's no tag teams been there in a while anyways, you know. So they ain't going to turn heel, though, cause they're not doing anything.
Speaker 1:I don't see them turning heel. I think if Triple H pulled the trigger at the right time, but like I feel like it's just like an Austin Theory thing, we're just gonna just throw that away yeah so, but yeah, I don't know. But yeah, uh, who you got winning that one I have diy retaining because I just don't see them losing yeah, I don't see diy losing either.
Speaker 2:I mean they're a heel tag team. They just turned heel not too long ago. They're going to get a nice little run. So yeah, I see them winning again.
Speaker 1:But also one thing if you watch Friday Night Smackdown, there's a lot of tension building.
Speaker 2:Oh yeah, of course. I mean they've been knowing each other for years. They're both. I mean I remember seeing. I don't really remember Johnny Gargano as much. I remember Tommaso Ciampa in Ring of Honor. He was in Ring of Honor a bunch, I remember him. And then Mosley Machine Gun. They were in TNA with AJ Styles in TNA. So I've been seeing them for a while. So all four of them are independent Hall of Famers. I mean they're the best of the best you know. So I'm glad they're actually getting the opportunity now in WWE to show what they can do on the main stage. So yeah, I got DIY but, like I said, two out of three falls man, that could be a banger for sure.
Speaker 1:Yeah, I see like an NXT type tag team match right here. Yeah.
Speaker 2:I don't know if there's any going to be any interference, because two out of three falls. You can still have interference.
Speaker 1:Yeah, and it won't really matter.

Speaker 1:yeah, that's all I had on that one uh, for the next match on the card and the one I'm the most excited for actually, yeah, yeah, the last I'm the most excited for. It's Cody Rose versus Kevin Owens in a ladder match for the Undisputed Championship and the Wing Eagle Championship.
Speaker 2:Yeah, the OG championship. Yeah, I'm going to let you go first, because I got to go on a rant about this one. Real quick, go ahead.
Speaker 1:Dang, I feel like I almost know what you're about to say. I'm trying to steal your idea.
Speaker 2:Don't do it. I'm going to go ahead and do mine.
Speaker 1:I feel like it surrounds one of two people.
Speaker 2:I mean, it's two people in a match.

Speaker 1:I think either Sami Zayn attacks Kevin Owens or Randy Orton attacks Kevin Owens, but either way, I just don't see Cody Rhodes losing. I really like the character build for Kevin Owens is insane. I really want to see him champion. He deserves another title run. You know, I really want to say Kevin champion. Uh, he deserves another title run. You know, I'm you know, I really want to say kevin. You know, yeah, you know what I'm gonna say kevin owens.
Speaker 2:I don't even care, I'm gonna say kevin owens yeah, I mean, do we know if sammy zane's gonna be on cody's side? I don't know I mean he did a little kick seth rollins as a CM Punk too.

Speaker 2:And who did he main evented with? Kevin Owens, exactly, and if both of them can main event WrestleMania together against each other. You see what I'm saying. I mean, I can't even say it. Are you done now? Huh, are you done?
Speaker 1:I don't know. I just really want Kevin to win, so I'm going to just stick with Kevin.
Speaker 2:All right, I'm going to say something right here. Kevin Owens is 100% correct in everything he said so far. He is the champion. He beat Cody Rhodes Yep Referee was in the ring, cool. Then Cody Rhodes cheated. He cheated, he used the chair, didn't kick out the ring, he'll move. I mean Kevin Norris shouldn't be mad at Cody Rhodes. I mean, they spent years trying to beat up Roman Reigns and got beat up by Roman Reigns. Before Cody even came, when he was still in AEW, kevin Norris was getting beat down by Roman Reigns in the bloodline. And then you go and help out Roman Reigns against the bloodline, like you spent two years. Cody Rhodes spent two years getting the belt from Roman Reigns just to join and help him get his bloodline back. How does that make sense?
Speaker 1:It really doesn't.
Speaker 2:You know? I mean, like I said, kevin Owens is doing his best heel work I've seen in a long time. I mean, he's using the shirts, making fun of everybody with the shirts.

Speaker 2:that's what I'm saying. So Cody Rose is not needed. That can give him an opportunity to wrestle Kevin Owens at WrestleMania in a rematch. And whoever wins the men's Royal Rumble match goes against Gunther.
Speaker 1:And a prediction If Kevin Owens doesn't win, I feel like he's definitely going to be in the Royal Rumble.
Speaker 2:Oh yeah, Whoever loses is going to be in the Royal Rumble.
Speaker 1:Yeah.
Speaker 2:And who knows, cody Rhodes may win the Royal Rumble, just so he can challenge Kevin Owens again.
Speaker 1:He shouldn't have a three-peat.

And I think Hogan is the only guys with two straight Cody. If he wins, if he answers it and wins it, he'll win three. That'd be tied with most of Stone Cold.

Speaker 2:I think Stone Cold has three wins. I want to say Kevin Owens, man. I really want to say Kevin Owens is going to win this. I'm going to say Kevin Owens too, man. I'm going to go out and say Kevin Owens too, man, just go ahead. I cannot say Kevin Owens is not going to win this man, he has to win this match. He needs to win this match. Cody will be okay if he loses.
Speaker 2:Oh, yeah, definitely I mean, because this storyline, the feud between them, we get it. We know, we know Cody Rhodes loses this match. Yeah, we get it. We know, we know Cody Rose can do this match. He's not going into as a favorite, he's injured and all that. So if Kevin Owens wins, it's not a surprise, but he needs to win. You know he needs to win. So I mean, that's what I said I would let you know if I'm Kevin, I'm going there. I'm attacking every body part. Man, Everything is hurting Neck, knee, shoulder, everything.
Speaker 1:I think Kevin Owens is either going to hit a piledriver or is going to get interrupted by somebody.
Speaker 2:Yeah, I mean, who knows? Like I said, sami Zayn may come, randy Orton may come back, who knows who may come back? I mean we have no idea. That's the whole point of this is we have no idea what's going to happen, but we're just going to see who we think is going to happen. But yeah, I think Sammy, they've been leaking up Sammy Zane too much for him not to be involved at all.

Speaker 2:He has to be involved some kind of way, Otherwise why would you, why would you? You see what I'm saying.

But I just, I don't know, it's too close to WrestleMania, unless, unless there's something else planned. I don't see, I don't know man, I want Kevin Owens to win. I'm not going to even say Kevin Owens, I'm not going to put out that Cody Williams is going to win, kevin Owens is going to win, kevin Owens is going to win, period. There you go.

Speaker 2:I don't want to say yo and jinx it and mess it up and Cody Williams. So we're going to say Kevin Owens wins, but for the main event.
Speaker 1:it's the Men's Royal Rumble, and this is like the most stacked men's Royal Rumble almost ever.
Speaker 2:Yeah, it's been a while since I've seen one this stacked.
Speaker 1:Yeah, I'm sure there was one Like I wasn't born then.
Speaker 2:But yeah, you got. It's John Cena's last one.
Speaker 1:Oh yeah.
Speaker 2:Roman Reigns hasn't been in one since he defended the belt, mm-hmm, you remember he defended the belt. Wait, you remember he defended the belt in the Royal Rumble.
Speaker 1:Yeah, was that last year.
Speaker 2:No, no, no, he was actually in the Royal Rumble.

Speaker 2:Whoever won the Royal Rumble won the belt, and this is Triple H won it.

Speaker 2:I can't remember him being in one after that. He has the belt for four years. He had the belt for four years he had the belt for. So he's wrestled at Roy Rumbles, but he hasn't been in one in a while.
Speaker 1:Yeah.
Speaker 2:So I mean I remember, yeah, that one for sure I can't remember. I know he was in one when AJ Styles debuted and then he was in the one. He was in a few of them, he won a couple. So yeah, I mean, then you got Seth Rollins, cm Punk, drew McIntyre, sami Zayn Usos, damian Priest I'm sure Omos is going to be in the match because of the Royal Rumble.
Speaker 2:Yeah uh who? Jacob fatu? Oh yeah, I'm sure they're gonna have solo come in there. You cannot put, not put solo in there, uh, I mean really though yeah, you have to, you have to, you have to, man he hasn't been on tv and like forever he hasn't, but why not you? What was the whole point of the build up for him and not put him in the Royal Rumble? And then the nominations.
Speaker 1:He showed up for two seconds.
Speaker 2:Yeah, who else the Rock's not going to be in it? I don't think I don't see the Rock being in it. I don't see the Rock being in it.

Speaker 2:I don't see him being in the Royal Rumble. He's just a straight to WrestleMania guy now there's this crazy rumor that the Rock comes out at number 31 because of his executive power after 30 comes out 5, 4, 3 if there's 30 people and they say the winner of this is going to win, all of a sudden you hear a countdown 31 and the rock comes out. Yeah, I can see that. That'd be a that'd be.
Speaker 1:that'd be a cool way to have a rock um making his authority, you know and the other way he could come out and just like a random number, or like just come out randomly, eliminate Roman ranks and then just walk out.
Speaker 2:Are we going to have any surprises?
Speaker 1:Oh, I'm sure there'll be at least one.
Speaker 2:Who do you think is going to be the big surprise?

Speaker 1:We see what kind of See what kind of the crowd reaction he gets. Now, how do you think they're going to set it up, as you were going to say, what if Joe Hendry comes? How do you think they're going to set it up? Say his name and he appears. Or just have him out there.
Speaker 2:Somebody may have a sign. I'm thinking they're going to do the sign thing. Somebody's going to have a sign. They're thinking they're going to do like the sign thing. Somebody's going to have a sign.

Speaker 2:They're going to show the sign before he comes out, uh-huh, and then we'll see how that goes. I mean, the crowd is not going to know the crowd, you know. You don't hear the announcers on the crowd anyway, so it's all a surprise to the crowd. Uh-huh, you know so, but yeah. But yeah, joe Higgins is going to come out. Let's see what the crowd, because this is going to be his biggest crowd by far.
Speaker 1:Oh, yeah, definitely.
Speaker 2:We're going to see if the Because you know, wwe crowds are different NXT crowds.
Speaker 1:Oh yeah.
Speaker 2:So some people don't even watch TNA or NXT, which is crazy. Yeah, some people don't even watch that stuff. So we'll see if he gets the big reaction like he should get.
