Say hi on Instagram! I'd love to know where you're tuning in from, or what you found interesting or helpful. Thank you for being here with me.

We stand at a crossroads of human history where remembering our power has never been more crucial. Through chaos and uncertainty, a revolution of the soul is emerging—not through force, but through the quiet awakening of individuals reclaiming their innate abilities to bend reality and choose better timelines.

Have you ever considered your relationship with the universe itself? What if you called it "Gus" and approached it as a trusted friend rather than an impersonal force? As Wayne Dyer taught us, deciding whether we live in a friendly or hostile universe fundamentally shapes our perception, experiences, and the support we receive. Our reticular activating system—the brain's information processing filter—highlights what aligns with our core beliefs. By choosing to view the universe as supportive rather than adversarial, we program our minds to notice evidence of synchronicity, kindness, and divine guidance.

This doesn't mean ignoring global suffering. Rather, it invites us to adopt "neutral observer mode"—approaching our beliefs like a scientific experiment or trying on clothes. How does a particular perspective feel in your body? Does it inspire creativity and connection, or drain you? Harvard political scientist Erica Chenoweth discovered that throughout history, successful social movements required only 3.5% of the population participating in nonviolent protest to reach their tipping point. This remarkably small percentage suggests that energetic and social change is not only possible but already underway.

The soul level revolution isn't about controlling others—it's about remembering our individual and collective power while focusing on our unique contribution. By connecting to ancestral wisdom, spirit guides, and the global network of awakened souls, we access the guidance needed to take meaningful action. Whether supporting established organizations, amplifying important voices, or creating new paths forward, your contribution matters. We didn't come here to play safe; we came to remember our power and build what comes next. When you show up fully, you give others permission to do the same. Make this the timeline where you show up.

You didn't come here to play safe. You came to remember your power and build what comes next. I'm Sylvia Beatriz, psychic medium and intuition coach, and this is Soul Level Human, the podcast for truth tellers, cycle breakers and soul-led revolutionaries. You didn't come here to bypass the chaos. You came here to lead through it. Lead through it. Hello, soul Level Human family.

Speaker 1:

This break has been so needed, so thank you so much for tuning in while I've been gone in super duper lighthouse mode. This is the feeling of total alignment and magic and support, and it's really, really crazy to think of being able to access that knowing and that feeling in the middle of everything happening. I know that me doing this podcast and this program right now is exactly what I'm supposed to be doing, and that feeling like when you know you're doing exactly what you're meant to be doing, and that feeling like when you know you're doing exactly what you're meant to be doing with exactly the right people at exactly the right time I don't even have words to describe this feeling. It's, I mean, I guess it's alignment, and I know beyond a shadow of a doubt that teaching other people to live this way is exactly the mission. We just finished our second week of Lighthouse and it's going so well. I have the most beautiful, powerful women in the program and even after the first session, we've already had some huge ahas and breakthroughs in the group. And just what a special, special group I have. And because Lighthouse is a lifetime membership, I also extended the invitation to my 2019 members and well, the ones I was able to get in contact with anyway but all of them that I was able to talk to and get ahold of, they were all thrilled to come back for this year and I think that's such an incredible feedback for the experience that I built back then and I'm just, I'm just so incredibly grateful and proud to have to have this, to have such unwavering support from all of these women, even six years later. And for anybody I wasn't able to get in contact with, if you're listening now and you're like, wait, wait, that's me, I want in, we'd love to have you just DM me or email me and I'll get you set up. You can watch the recordings and join our Marco Polo group. You're not too late and my intention is to offer one more round before the year end. So if you missed out on this one and you need some support to get through everything happening right now with courage and your connection from behind the scenes. Stay tuned. Make sure you sign up for the priority list. It's on the website. I'll put a link in here, just in case.

Speaker 1:

I saw a TikTok a while back talking about how they refer to God universe source as Gus and I kind of liked it. I don't have any problems personally with God in general, have any problems personally with God in general, but also the word God has such strings attached like expectation and association. Yeah, I kind of prefer spirit or universe. What words do you use? And, as you know, words are very powerful. I say that to my kids till I'm blue in the face, but truly our words are so powerful. And even using the word Gus, the name Gus, it sets the tone for our entire worldview and our whole relationship to the universe.

Speaker 1:

Wayne Dyer said that one of our biggest questions in our life is to decide whether we live in a friendly or hostile universe, and he talked about how that one decision determines how we see things, how we interpret events as they happen, what kind of divine support we receive or notice even what kind of people we attract into our circle, and that makes sense to me and at the most basic level, that one choice would be a very powerful setting for our reticular activating system to be programmed to seek out. And if you're not familiar with the reticular activating system, it's basically our brain's supercomputer that detects and processes all the input that our a hundred billions of neurons receive into digestible information, basically our attention, and what makes it through all the filters so that we notice it Right. And our brain is automatically set, just like chat, gpt standard settings. It's just there to agree with us and make us right and it's up to us to program the critical thinking and what's important, how to look at things, how to prioritize information. The reticular activating system shows us what we tell it is important. Like you know, when you're thinking about getting a new car and suddenly you start seeing it everywhere, that's your reticular activating system. So back to Wayne Dyer.

Speaker 1:

If we decide that we live in a friendly universe, our reticular activating system gets to work and highlights all the experiences that show support and kindness and synchronicities and friendship, and we could use the name Gus to establish a friendly and trusting relationship with the universe. Our conversations would look different, they would feel different. Hey, gus, how's it going today? Hey, gus, I had a hard day today. Gus, homie, I need some help. It would be more honest and vulnerable, maybe that permission to be ourselves all the way, like we would have that safety and that confidence to know that Gus is always there. And you see how that's a little bit more personal. And do you see how that one choice decides the settings for a million other sub settings? I haven't tried on fully using the word Gus, but what if that's something that you can play with? And with everything happening right now, I certainly wouldn't blame you for deciding that we live in a hostile universe. You would absolutely be justified in citing our school shootings, genocides, violence against kids all over the world in your argument.

Speaker 1:

I've tested out all of my beliefs, turned them upside down inside out. Who am I to tell you what to believe? I'm here to just present an experience like a fitting room In Lighthouse. I want my students, my people it's weird calling them students, they're just my friends on the path Like. What benefits me most of all that I like to show people is staying in neutral observer mode for science, treating it like a science project, just seeing what happens, just like when you're in a fitting room and you try on some jeans. You know, is this lighting flattering? Does this pair of jeans make my butt look good? And I'm only half joking. Right, like when you notice chronically hateful, stressed out or angry people. These people don't tend to look very healthy or vibrant or youthful. Right Like you can feel and see the heaviness on their face and their muscles are stressed out and tense and there's an edge to them. Right, and I mean, if vanity is enough for you to decide to be an energetically compassionate human being, fine, fine, I will take that right.

Speaker 1:

But back to neutral observer mode. For example, if we're in the fitting room and we're trying on some jeans and they don't fit, right, if we're not in neutral observer mode, we can attach all kinds of meanings to it. Right, oh God, my body's weird. I have a defective, but I am not speaking from experience at all. I don't know what you're talking about. I am not speaking from experience at all. I don't know what you're talking about. But getting to the point where you could just try on a pair of jeans, and it doesn't phase you at all, you're just trying on the pair of jeans, seeing if it works right, seeing how it feels, seeing if it's the right fit and then if it's not, doing something else. That's neutral observer mode. That's how you get the most accurate, quick feedback so that you can keep trying on the things that might actually work better. So, just like beliefs.

Speaker 1:

Then, if I believe this, how does it feel in my body? Just like that jacket if it's too tight, if it's too loose, does it fit right? How does this feel? What kind of results do I get? What's this experience like? Do I feel inspired and creative? Do I feel connected or does this drain me? Am I depressed? Am I feeling literally? Does this serve me If I take it on as truth? Does it serve anybody else? These are important questions. It's not as easy as this is right and this is wrong. There's so much grayscale in the middle that we get to play with and start to experiment if we give ourselves the chance. And for me, the entire basis of my work is that we are in a friendly universe and that we came here to forget, to see if we remember. And my relationship with the universe has been tested and confirmed through consistency over time, which builds trust. Shout out to Brene Brown for talking about the anatomy of trust. If you look up that talk on YouTube, it's one of my favorites.

Speaker 1:

My relationship with the universe is absolutely a relationship and just like any relationship, it's had its shares of tests and questionings and ups and downs. And I certainly don't pretend to know everything about how everything works and I think that continuous learning and sensibility and humility to know I don't know what I don't know is enough to keep our relationship alive and interesting and connected. I don't take her for granted. I communicate kindly, I listen and receive communication back in all the different ways that she presents it, and I know that my bids for connection never go unnoticed because I get the feedback right after right. I'm listening, I'm waiting, I'm attuned. And also I know that humans have free will, that we can choose to listen to our own guidance or not. We can choose to have this kind of relationship or not. We can hurt each other and deny the humanity of ourselves and the ones we choose to oppress or hurt or offend. That's not the universe is doing. I imagine that being here on this planet is like a cosmic Marina Abramovich experience.

Speaker 1:

Have you heard of her? She is a famous performance artist that produced a highly controversial experience back in the seventies, called rhythm zero 1974. She stood there or sat there, I'm not sure silently for six hours. Well, she allowed people to do whatever they wanted to her. I think she had a sign and it said that she would take full responsibility for whatever they did. So she had a table with 72 items like there was a rose and a feather, grapes, scissors, a razor blade, a gun and a bullet and a whole bunch of other stuff. And according to all the accounts that I've read about it, it started off pretty gently, really benign, but as it progressed it got darker and more sinister and by the end she was naked, with cuts on her body, somebody pointing a gun, a loaded gun, at her head, and then a fight broke out, with people trying to protect her from people who were trying to harm her. And she said that at the end of the six hours she stood up and started walking toward the audience and everybody ran away. Audience, and everybody ran away.

Speaker 1:

And, based on that, free will and ethics experiment right, it's up to every single individual to decide who they want to be and what they'll allow. The point of this experience was to see what happened, right, to see what people would choose. And then when the universe in this case in the form of Maria Abramovich right, it ends the experiment, it sounds like many, if not most, might be worried to realize oh, there might be some kind of accountability afterward and as far as I know, there were no consequences, just like she sat on her sign up front. But regardless, I can't help but think about all these people that are likely alive today and they have to live with the knowledge of their own choices. How did they go to sleep at night? Did they always feel just fine about their choices? Are they still alive? And do they still wake up at night thinking about it? And then, when they die, what happens then? Right, so what's my point in telling you all of this?

Speaker 1:

The main message that's been coming through my spirit team has been about power, reclaiming our power, remembering our power. If our voices weren't powerful, then nobody would be trying so hard to gerrymander and suppress the majority vote. The enforcers would certainly not be hiding their identity. Trad wife content that wants women at home with no money and no friends, wouldn't be so glamorized. Education wouldn't be so demonized. Critical thinking and inclusivity would be celebrated. Social media wouldn't be so highly would be celebrated Social media wouldn't be so highly censored.

Speaker 1:

I saw an Instagram graphic the other day. It said my digital footprint might very well land me in a concentration camp for dissenters and undesirables by 2030, but it will also carry some of my proudest receipts about how I was and the world I wanted to build when the fascists closed in. That really resonated with me, because the only way they win is if we let them, if good people stay afraid and silent, and we don't even need everybody. According to the findings of political scientist Erica Chenoweth out of Harvard University, who studied civil resistance from 1900 to 2006, the tipping point of every movement was 3.5% of the population participating in nonviolent protest. That's only 3.5%, and I'd argue that that's happening, even if it's not being covered in the media For sure. It's not right.

Speaker 1:

We are engaging in good trouble all over the country. We are using our voices all over the world. Even people are paying attention. We're connecting with each other, and energetically. Humans have access to a hive mind. Ideas spread without verbal communication. Heart connection has been established globally through social media, learning the truth about each other on a one-to-one level, in real time, as opposed to the propaganda that we've been fed in the past, for decades upon decades. There's an entire collective of mostly women, who woke up at 4 am on election night knowing that something major had shifted. And I don't know about you, but my FYP on TikTok has been filled for the past couple of days with this phenomenon happening again the same women being woken up at 4 am and being unable to sleep. Something is happening right now, and we might not find out what it is until a little bit later maybe, but something is happening again. This is the time where we start to see how powerful and connected we are in AI and social media, the soul level revolution, the rise of the matriarchy across the world all of this happening at the same time. This is when we get to bend reality together.

Speaker 1:

If you're listening to this podcast, then it's safe to say that you might have already had some experiences in your life that defy logic or even the laws of physics. Whether it's a glitch in the matrix, deja vu, precog dreams, spirit communication any of those things that don't make logical mathematical 3d physics sense Don't make logical mathematical 3d physics sense. We know what's possible. We know that we haven't even scratched the surface of what's possible. It is time to double down on the idea that the timeline we choose doesn't have to be limited by common sense or logic, or even billions of dollars or logic, or even billions of dollars.

Speaker 1:

We are in a cosmic Marina Abramovich experiment right now. What will we choose as individuals? What would we choose if we understood how powerful we actually are and how much harm will we allow others to choose? Is it okay just because it's allowed? And at the end of this experiment, who will run away and hide to avoid any kind of consequence or accountability? Chances are it's the people who are already running away and hiding to avoid consequences. They know full well that what they're doing is wrong and unpopular and actually against the law. They wouldn't be masked up if they thought they were doing the right thing. Ego is loud and proud, but you can't outrun yourself when you're alone at night, and you definitely can't outrun the life review later. But that's none of my business.

Speaker 1:

So for now, here's the most important thing to take away from this entire episode the soul level revolution is about remembering that we are powerful individually, more than we know, and it's about remembering that we came here with an entire collective of other souls with complimentary jobs. We are not alone. We are so powerful together and it's not our job to keep our eyes on anybody else's paper but our own. Our eyes on anybody else's paper but our own. We have to let other people on our team follow their instructions on how they can best serve the mission while you do the same. Arguing and convincing drains energy from everybody involved. So get your energy right, step into your power, set your clear intentions, learn to listen, follow directions, soul level, universe, gus directions, and it's not even going to take everybody on the planet doing all of that at the same time. Right, I'd be really curious to look into studies of the 3.5 rule as it relates to energetic tipping points, because you know that so many of us are doing the work behind the scenes on all of this. Right now we're doing it.

Speaker 1:

And look at the media our generation grew up on, or even the younger generations. Right now, hidden codes are everywhere on how energy works. Michael Jackson as Captain EO, transforming darkness to light through courage and music and unity. There's the Care Bear stare, the transformation scene in Beauty and the Beast, when everybody in the castle transforms, when he finally learns to love Power Rangers, captain Planet, miraculous K-pop, demon hunters. Are you as obsessed as we are at my house. Yeah, it's being courageous. It's being courageous, it's being honest, it's caring for each other, it's fighting for what we believe in together, but from a place of authentic, compassionate truth, embracing ourselves, warts and all and each other, extending that understanding 360 degrees. How else are we supposed to seal this honeymoon together, guys, come on.

Speaker 1:

Glennon Doyle said something the other day that I absolutely resonated to and I'm totally paraphrasing this. So bear with me. We are not the resistance, we are the flow of humanity and spirit and love. The ones who want to keep us separate and hating each other? That small minority of power, hungry, scared, little people. They're the resistance Humans beautiful, heart-led, soul-led, regular humans across the planet. We will always choose each other. We will always find a way to care for one another and our planet. After disasters happen, people rush to help each other, even if they have nothing really to offer other than a hand and a smile and a hug. So remember that right now, going into September, that promises to be a wild ride with a high possibility of it happening.

Speaker 1:

If you know, you know, zoom out, connect to the network of soul level humans already doing the work of remembering who they really are and what they came to do. Fill yourself up with energy. Connect to the planet. Connect to your ancestors, who are here to help you. Connect to your spirit, team, people and beings that you might not even know or have names for. Connect, fill yourself up and, when you're ready, zoom back in. What's one thing you can do right now that would affirm that you are powerful, that you have choice and agency, that you are not alone, whether it's signing up to work with an organization like mom's demand, donating to world central kitchen, amplifying the work of people already doing the work of speaking out and organizing.

Speaker 1:

You don't have to do everything. You don't have to reinvent the wheel. There is so much to do, so roll up your sleeves, get to it, but first rest up, recharge your flow, state with some creativity and joy, and then feel the fear and anger and all the feelings as they come up Grief even. That's a whole cocktail in itself. Ask for support. Choose again and again and again and again.

Speaker 1:

We're human after all. We are not going to be perfect in this. We will mess this up. We will mess this up. But what do we do after that, if there was ever a time to tap into your guidance and your energetic superpowers. This is it, this is what we came for and you are so needed right now. Thank you for listening to Soul Level Human. If this episode moved something in you, share it. Text it to a friend, post to your stories. The Soul Level Revolution spreads one brave human at a time and your voice makes a difference. So until next time, remember to slow down, tune in, trust your guidance and keep having the audacity to choose the highest timeline. When you show up fully, you give others permission to do the same. Make this the timeline where you show up.
