Brenda Major

Brenda Major is an educator, author, counselor and autism advocate.  Together with co-author and co-host, Mia Dawson, she has penned seven children's books, based on Mia's son Neo.  As Neo's tutor, Major focused on his unique learning and communication needs, which heightened her interest in becoming more involved in the autism community.

"I believe everyone has a superpower.  I am amazed at the determination and creativity of caregivers.  If they don't find solutions for their superpower kids (and adults) they create them.  It is a privilege to feature these pioneers on our show."
