Charles M. Russo is a veteran U.S. Intelligence Community practitioner, educator, and author specializing in analytic tradecraft, critical thinking, and intelligence ethics. His career spans Naval Intelligence, NCIS, the Defense Intelligence Agency, the FBI, and the Department of Homeland Security. Today, Russo teaches at the graduate and doctoral levels and writes extensively on disciplined reasoning, cognitive bias, and analytic integrity—equipping leaders to think clearly under pressure and resist politicization and manipulation.
