MY WHY:

I have always loved working in the food industry, server, bartender, and restaurant business. Growing up on a large farm in the Midwest has given me inspiration to help others learn how to eat wisely and how to spend money sensibly on food. Currently I have a full time job working with children and a busy schedule. I enjoy doing this on the side, to help anyone find an ease in cooking.

I feel I’m relatable when it comes to all the above on what most of us are looking for in life.

I used a pressure cooker with 6 cups of water and let it pressure cook for 2 hours. You can slow cook it for 4-8 hours or boil for 30 minutes on the stovetop. All work.

After you are finished, strain the juice from the ingredients (feed the chickens or put into your compost or in the trash).

Separate the juice into jars, put the lid on tight, let sit on the counter, cool and then refrigerate. If you want to can them simply add them to a pot of boiling water and allow the
