MY WHY:

I have always loved working in the food industry, server, bartender, and restaurant business. Growing up on a large farm in the Midwest has given me inspiration to help others learn how to eat wisely and how to spend money sensibly on food. With a full-time job and kids, I feel I’m relatable when it comes to all the above on what most of us are looking for in life.

Ingrediants:

  • 1 lb grass fed beef (preferably from a farmer)
  • 1 egg (fresh) (per oound of meat)
  • 1/4 cup of bread crumbs, crushed cracker
  • Seasonings or sauces you like
  • Parmesan or Mozzarella Cheese
  • White/Red Onion diced
  • 1 paper egg carton or air fryer

Instructions:

  • Mix all the ingrediants
  • Roll into balls
  • Lay in egg carton or on tray in air fryer
  • Bake 350-400 for 15 minutes in either oven or air fryer
  • and enjoy! 

* you can make a double or triple batch and freeze extras *
