MY WHY:

I have always loved working in the food industry, server, bartender, and restaurant business. Growing up on a large farm in the Midwest has given me inspiration to help others learn how to eat wisely and how to spend money sensibly on food. With a full-time job and kids, I feel I’m relatable when it comes to all the above on what most of us are looking for in life. 

WE ARE MAKING: Delicious ... 3 ingredient fresh veggie dish πŸ₯¬

Ingrediants:

  • 1/2 or 1 small head of cabbage
  • 1/2 large onion (white or red)
  • Carrots
  • Broccoli
  • Bell Peppers
  • Green Beans
  • Mushrooms
  • Seasonings you like ( I used basil and white pepper)
  • Homemade Broth (S2, E6)
  • Brown Rice Noodles (Amazon or Costco)

Instructions:

  • Chop your veggies
  • Mix with 1-2 cups of broth
  • Bring to a nice simmer to soften the veggies
  • if you want: add in your choice of cooked meat or tofu
  • add in one square or round noodles
  • Once they fall apart you are done!
  • add any spices, or even just some aminos for flavors
  • and enjoy!
