MY WHY:

I have always loved working in the food industry, server, bartender, and restaurant business. Growing up on a large farm in the Midwest has given me inspiration to help others learn how to eat wisely and how to spend money sensibly on food. With a full-time job and kids, I feel I’m relatable when it comes to all the above on what most of us are looking for in life. 

WE ARE MAKING: Who Knew 🙅‍♀️ Rice Hack 101 🍚

Ingrediants:

• 1 or 2 or 3 bags of rice (I like Brown Rice but any works)
• Salt
• Large Pot to Boil Water
• Pressure Cooker Works Too

Instructions:

• 1:2 meaning, 1 cup of rice to 2 cups of water
• Boil or Pressure Cook until Rice is Medium NOT MUSHY
• Drain, Rinse, Lay on a sheet pan
• Allow it to cool, no heat at all
• Place your desired amount into freezer bags 
• Lay flat in your freezer and when you need a quick meal that includes rice grab one out to rewarm in your meal, yes even sushi rolls 🍣
• Enjoy!
