We are two lifelong friends bonded by our love of movies and we want you to join us as we embark on a cinematic adventure like no other. At the start of each episode, we’ll spin the roulette wheel, where 38 randomly movie themed categories are waiting. From there, we’ll take turns picking our top five movies from that category in a true fantasy draft format. But the fun doesn't stop there! We want you, our listeners, to join in by choosing your favorite list from our selections. At the end of each episode we will update our final list to our social media and it’s up to you to choose your winner. But beware, the loser must face a movie themed challenge chosen by the winner each week. Alright, friends—hold onto your popcorn, because this week, we’re getting reel-real about the Oscars. You know how every year we sit down, watching those shiny gold statues get handed out, and we’re all just sitting there with our jaws on the floor, wondering, "How did THAT movie/actor/actress NOT get nominated?!" Or even worse—how did that NOT win?! What kind of Oscar magic are we missing here?
Well, surprise, surprise, this week’s category is just that, we got That should have won an Oscar. We're talking Best Picture losers, Best Actor/Actress snubs, and maybe even a few Best Original Songs that didn’t get the love they so obviously deserved (we’re side-eyeing you hard, Academy). With that said, I’m sure we all have strong opinions about this, so the real question is, does your most snubbed choice make our list? Tune in to find out—cheers!
