Tom Muldoon
Tom Muldoon is the owner of The Par Club, a high-end indoor golf and entertainment facility in Castle Rock, Colorado. Before opening his first business, he spent his career in technology and IT, working with major Fortune 10 consulting companies and speaking "geek to CEOs and CIOs." After the demands of that career shifted post-COVID, Muldoon left corporate life to launch The Par Club, inspired by a similar concept he'd seen in Denver. He aimed to create a high-touch, premium indoor golf experience rather than a typical 24-hour simulator facility. A self-described playful jokester, Muldoon is hands-on in daily operations, working seven days a week to keep costs tight while navigating the challenges of first-time entrepreneurship — from branding and design to food, beverage, and membership strategy. He credits belief in his vision for carrying him through the pressures of building a new hospitality business.
