Jack Ahart, the sophomore sprinter for Notre Dame Track and Field, joins the Golden Ticket!
Jack shares his youth story, and highlights his phenomenal freshman year, where he was awarded a 2024 ACC Men’s Indoor Rookie of the Week award and a seventh-place finish with the ninth-best time in program history in the 400M at the 2024 ACC Outdoor Championships, along with his battle through injury.
