Philip spent four years in the British Army followed by twenty nine years with the Metropolitan Police covering all manner of threats, including terrorism, organised crime and stalking with a focus on close protection.
Following that he decided to start his own firm Defuse Global which provides services such as threat prevention and investigation as well as advisory and training. He also runs the excellent Defuse Podcast.
