Brooke is fantastic! She shares about waking up one morning after being separated from her husband and telling God, "I surrender".  She have her will to God and let Him lead the way and give her the strength to accomplish everything she needed to in her new normal. She testifies that we are never alone!
She shares some awesome ways to help your child (and yourself) with big emotions like making a calm corner and creating a laminating pocket plan for yourself when you are feeling triggered.
