Do you have ideas of where you want to be physically? Want to feel and look a certain way? But feel like your life is just not conducive to what it would take?
Well Alexia is your girl. Today she shares about building habits that will carry you into your next season. Maybe you know you'll be pregnant in the near future. It can be easy to think that after you have your baby then you'll get fit again. Or after the Holiday season you will reel it in and get focused on health again. But there is never going to be a good time to get fit. Health takes discipline and sacrifice.
Something is always better than nothing. Don't have an all or nothing mindset. Pick something small you can do today. Track your protein. Go for a walk. Our small choices matter and they all add up. So do what you can today!
Taking care of ourselves physically can teach us a lot about our spiritual health as well. And God is always trying to speak to us and help us in all aspects of our lives. I know he wants you to feel good and feel confident and He will show you the way as you let Him.
