Tammy shares her recent focus on “carbon,” linking carbon rings and halos in space (including the comet 3I/Atlas and its “coma”), cellular carbon rings, and bioluminescence as part of building a “light body” through structured water. She explains simple practices to structure water (prayer, vibration/humming, vortexing, salt, chlorophyll, flower essences, labeling, and movement to reduce stagnation) and connects water, memory, aging, and dementia/Alzheimer’s. The conversation also explores naming, language, intuition, polarity, dreamwork, and staying present—“mind where your body is”—as a way to hold truth and bring light.

Lastly, she is the host of “Tammy Talks” a talk show designed to change the narrative on Ageing, found on SaltboxTv. She is best known for being Mom to her son Derek, her Sonshine.
