Episode 250! Can't believe we made it here. Thank you for spending some of your time with me and the talented creatives on this show.

This week's guest is Monte Eady. He is a Graphic Designer and Entrepreneur, as well as a Creative Director and CoFounder out of Milwaukee WI.

During this episode we talk about:

-making the decision to hop into that start-up life and what that has been like.

-some of the unique experiences in and around the design field that started pointing him in the path he is on.

-how theatre, musicals, and commercials started inspiring his creativity.

-some of the tech companies that he looks up to and appreciates the design work from.

-the Microsoft design situation he found himself in where he received terrible, unfiltered feedback.

-the struggle with making time and putting energy into marketing and promoting your own business.

-the non-profit design project he was a part of and why he is so proud of it.

Big thanks to @kishyagreer for introducing us so we could get into this great conversation. Enjoy! @medesignmke
