The Culturally Informed Strengths Podcast highlights the stories of California State University (CSU) faculty members who are part of the CSU Alliance for Graduate Education and the Professoriate (AGEP) Alliance for Diversity & Strengths of STEM Faculty, funded by the National Science Foundation (Grant #1916056). The program takes a culturally informed, strengths-based approach to coaching newly hired faculty in STEM-based fields. Throughout the podcast, you will hear the stories of individuals involved in the CSU AGEP program and how their strengths and social/cultural identities have shaped their experiences in and out of academia.
