This summer, I'll be riding around the world and going after the Guinness Record for fastest circumnavigation by bicycle (female). The current record is 124 days set by Jenny Graham. My ride around the world took 108 days. That means I slept somewhere different for 108 nights in a row. I recorded a podcast every night and learned that some people used it as a way to wind down their days. This one's for you. We all need more sleep. This podcast is designed to slow down the pace and help us all rest and recover.
