Photocopy or Original? The Courage to Live Your Own Story.

One of the greatest acts of courage we can choose is questioning the life we've been told to live. Today, I want to invite you to really think about the difference between the life you're living and the life your soul is longing for. We are born with something so original inside of us, yet as we move through life, we are handed societal checklists that tell us what success should look like. College degrees, titles, houses, white picket fences—these are all beautiful things if they align with your soul. But if not, they become a means to an end, and not the life you were actually created for.

When we stop chasing means goals—what the world tells us we need—and start building end goals—the things that bring us real, deep joy—we finally start living. Real joy isn’t found in someone else’s expectations. It’s found when you live the life that feels like your original art, not a photocopy of the world around you. Whether it’s creating a business that's fueled by passion, raising a family in a way that's wildly different than you were taught, or simply daring to dream again—your life deserves to be built by your own hands, with your own heart.

So today, I ask you: Are you chasing someone else’s dream, or building the life that lights you up from the inside out? It’s not rebellion to step outside the box. It’s the most courageous thing you can do. And if no one’s told you lately, it’s okay to want more, to be different, and to live fully awake to what matters most to you.
