I’m diving into a concept that flipped something in me: setting your floor. We spend so much time reaching for the ceiling—setting big goals, visualizing dreams—but what about the baseline? The minimum standard we are no longer willing to fall below. Whether it’s in our health, finances, relationships, or purpose, your floor is the promise you refuse to break with yourself. And when you honor that floor, everything changes.
I share personal stories—traveling while rebuilding, moving through health challenges, chasing dreams while juggling real life—and how I stopped waiting for the “perfect time” to show up. This episode is about confronting assumptions, breaking through narratives that don’t serve us, and running toward fear instead of letting it chase us. You don’t need another course or another perfect plan. You need one decision: to do it messy, to do it scared, but to do it now. Because if you’d do it for one, that’s enough. That one is waiting.
