You found the Mom Balance Podcast. We're real women trying to balance working full time, being moms to multiple little ones, and staying sexy as hell. Between the 2 of us we have degrees in fitness, a wide expertise in supplements, thousands of hours in personal training, and countless hours teaching personal development.
We are sharing our lives and ideas with you to normalize the overwhelming feeling that doing it all is impossible... and yet are still going to try! Each episode is split into fun segments that we used to dig for on in multiple platforms. We decided, might as well gather all the fun stuff in one place for our fellow mom, fitness, working gals!

This week on Mom Balance:
- Shannon sends her husband on a wild goose chase for a stolen item that ends with a lawn mowing disaster.
- Tori's daughter only poops if there is competition
- Rebecca's kids quit a sport mid season.
Ya know those darn Facebook memories that pop up with your chubby little baby from summers past? The ones where their sticky little hands are covered in popsicles, or where you're sitting at the baseball field during tournaments that in the moment feel like they would NEVER end? You're exhausted, at the end of your rope and just wish you had 2 days alone to find yourself again? It's those memories the good, the bad, and the ugly, that inspired this week's episode.
We were diving into the phases of motherhood and the very real struggle of feeling like some season will never end and then the immediate pain, sadness, a longing to get a couple of those sweet seconds back.
