Between the 2 of us we have degrees in fitness, a wide expertise in supplements, thousands of hours in personal training, and countless hours teaching personal development.
We are sharing our lives and ideas with you to normalize the overwhelming feeling that doing it all is impossible... and yet are still going to try!
