You found the Mom Balance Podcast. We're real women trying to balance working full time, being moms to multiple little ones, and staying sexy as hell. Between the 2 of us we have degrees in fitness, a wide expertise in supplements, thousands of hours in personal training, and countless hours teaching personal development.
We are sharing our lives and ideas with you to normalize the overwhelming feeling that doing it all is impossible... and yet are still going to try! Each episode is split into fun segments that we used to dig for on in multiple platforms. We decided, might as well gather all the fun stuff in one place for our fellow mom, fitness, working gals!

QUESTIONS FOR THE AGES:
Would you rather step on a Lego barefoot at 2 a.m. OR volunteer to run another classroom Valentine’s Day party.
Do burpees for 10 straight minutes OR attend another “this could’ve been a text” team meeting at 8 a.m. on a Monday.
Let my toddler paint my nails with permanent marker OR explain to my husband (again) where the kids’ soccer gear is.
Run a 5K in a sports bra with zero support OR try to cook dinner while also helping with math homework.
