Adventures in Marriage
We began this latest adventure to encourage others and share some of the blessings we experienced in our marriage. We recently celebrated our 25 Wedding Anniversary and noticed how many good people went through very difficult divorces. We have struggled watching family and friends end relationships that meant so much to us and many others. We want to elevate marriage in the cultural conversation and help others realize the blessings God has for them when they love their spouse as Christ loves the church...and along the way, we get to spend a little more time together!

How do you show Mercy in your marriage? God has made evidence of His mercy abundantly clear to Courtney & Shawn lately. They discuss the difficulties of realizing that mercy extends far beyond simply not punishing another for their wrongs. They also address the challenges in not linking the offer of mercy to changes in the other. It's hard to love like God loves!
