This video is a mid-term feedback and reflection session with Coach Toby Harris for the Complete Academy Berkshire players.
We sit down and work alphabetically through all 19 players, giving:
- Honest performance feedback
- Reflections on attitude, consistency, and development
- Clear goals and focus points for the rest of the term
This video is aimed directly at the players involved and their parents, giving a transparent insight into how each student is progressing on the programme both on and off the pitch.
