In this episode, we’re joined by Nadine Rasch who is the founder of the importing company Primavera. We‘ve been buying Guatemalan coffee through Nadine and her team since 2018 and for many roasters in the industry, Primavera is their go-to for sourcing high quality lots from Guatemala. In this conversation, we talk about the harvest in 2024, and learn more about how coffee is produced in the country. We also discuss some of the challenges facing coffee farmers in Guatemala today.
