Crystina and Danielle are just your everyday black and brown eldest daughters in their thirties, embracing their cultures and trying to navigate life as the highest versions of themselves while struggling to keep it together and carry everyone else’s shit too.
What started as humorous wine nights asking “am I the crazy one here!?” turned into a deeper bond and need for bigger conversations when they realized they were the only ones hyper-aware of everyone and everything around them; only to be shocked that not everyone views the world the same, cares about others' feelings the way they do, or were willing to take a sliver of accountability – enter Empaths Anonymous, a space to cry, curse, and cuddle.

Hi besties!
Feelers, welcome to WOMEN’S HISTORY MONTH! We are starting March off a little different with our incredible guest, Luis Corñejo, a Queer therapist, model, and consultant based in Los Angeles, dedicated to empowering LGBTQ+ and BIPOC communities. As the founder of PsychoSocial Therapy and Queer Magic Entertainment, he bridges mental health, fashion, and advocacy to dismantle oppressive systems and inspire self-expression. With over a decade of experience, Luis is a passionate speaker and creative whose work highlights representation, inclusivity, and intersectionality.
Luis is an incredible storyteller and has a fascinating narrative to share with us all. We are so pleased that they felt comfortable enough sharing this part of their life on the Green Velvet Couch.
