We often hear “love yourself,” but many people never learned what that truly means. Self-love is not a luxury, a spa day, or a moment of pampering — it is the daily stewardship of your mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical well-being. It’s the way you speak to yourself, the standards you uphold, the boundaries you honor, and the identity you stand on when the world tries to make you shrink.
When you love yourself well, you naturally attract healthier connections — and you release the ones that can’t honor who God is shaping you to become. The level at which you love yourself sets the tone for what you will allow, what you will entertain, and what you will no longer accept.
