Frequently, when this occurs, it is simply due to not being equip with the right tools of functional knowledge to implement before we make decisions, as well as understanding how to deal with the pressures of daily life. Centered in the word of God, Recovery of You is here to help you replenish your body, renew your way of thinking, and restore your soul back to a healthy place of peace, power, and joy! It is time to reclaim and recover all that God has in store for your life!

In a culture that often equates marriage with success and singleness with lack, this conversation offers a different perspective. In this deeply personal episode, I open my heart to share why I am single at 38, what this season has taught me, and the intentional work required to develop into the person God is calling you to be.
Singleness is not a punishment — it is a season of preparation, refinement, and purpose.
I discuss the importance of finding joy in God, becoming whole, and refusing to rely on a future spouse for fulfillment. When you discover your identity and purpose, a spouse becomes an addition to your life — not the source of it.
This message is not just for women — it is for men as well.
We also explore why personal development, purpose, and community building are essential within the Black community if we desire to see stronger relationships and healthier family units. God is revealing truth in this season, and with revelation often comes correction.
