Motivation is unreliable. Feelings will lie to you. Your business doesn't care how you feel today. What actually moves the needle is form.

In this solo episode of the Un-Traditional Entrepreneur Podcast, host Juming Delmas breaks down one of the most important concepts in entrepreneurship that nobody is talking about — getting into form. Not grinding harder. Not staying motivated. Form. The discipline, structure, and transformation that shows up when motivation disappears and life gets chaotic.

Using Kobe Bryant's story as the foundation, Juming unpacks what it means to be a transformer vs. a key in your business, why the right people in your circle matter more than any strategy, and why your business will never outgrow the team holding it back.

Topics covered:
- What "form" means for entrepreneurs and why motivation alone will always fail you
- Transformers vs. keys: how to identify which one you are and who you need
- What Kobe Bryant's father said that changed everything — and what it means for entrepreneurs
- Why your team's attitude can keep your business stagnant no matter how talented they are
- How to respond instead of react when your business hits a rough patch
- Fire fast, hire slow: the hard decision of letting go of even your best people
- Why business takes up 60–80% of your brain capacity and what to do about it
- Saving 15–25% of revenue as protection when clients leave
- The Hard Thing About Hard Things: what Juming learned from Ben Horowitz about leading through crisis

This is the episode for every entrepreneur who is exhausted, scattered, and ready to stop reacting and start transforming.

The Un-Traditional Entrepreneur Podcast with Juming Delmas. Form over feelings. Always.

What's up, my peoples, man? You won't believe this shit. For those who are listening to this for the first time, we got to redo the entire episode because my mic was not properly operating. But it's cool because I'm going to keep it as if we never said anything. You know, hopefully I'll sound just as good. Today I got a bourbon and cigar just because of the mix. But but it's cool. I'm cool with that. I just want to make sure, you know, I'm all about making sure, you know, my listeners and viewers get quality, you know, quality shit because you guys deserve that. So I'd rather come back and do it all over again. You know, I won't hold you guys up, but you know, we want to make sure we're there for you. Anyways, welcome to the Untraditional Entrepreneur Podcast. I'm your host, Jamine Delmas. And we're focusing on today on form and the importance of form, right? So most people think uh entrepreneurship uh is about motivation, right? Some people feel like it's about being inspired, some people feel like it's just being greedy and hungry, when really it's more about, you know, understanding, you know, feeling, you know, understanding motivation and how motivation is not reliable, right? You don't build real business on how you actually feel because all the shit that we just talked about was feelings, you know. You build them through form. And form is just is transformation. It's it's about showing up um when motivation is not there. Transformation is about discipline when emotion is too loud, right? Form is structure when life is chaotic. And if you're an entrepreneur, let's be fucking honest here. You know, your mind is never quiet, it's always going a million miles an hour, right? Your emotions are constantly being tested by people around you. And your business doesn't care how you feel today. It just doesn't. So in this episode, we're not talking about hype, we're not talking about grinding harder, we're talking about what it actually means to get into form, transformation, transformation mentally, emotionally, and operationally. So that your business stops draining you and starts responding to you. If you've been feeling scattered, uh reactive, or overwhelmed, this episode right here is for you. Welcome to the Untraditional Entrepreneur Podcast. I'm your host, Jamie Delmas, and welcome to the other side of motivation. Let's dive in. Okay. Look, look, look. So first topic of, you know, first thing we're going to talk about. Um we're going to discuss about, you know, when you're talking about transformation, really what it is, and you know, where does it necessarily start? So form is when, you know, so there's something that happens, right, with entrepreneurs. Something that that happens within us that we cannot explain. And it what happens is as an entrepreneur, when you're backed against the wall and you're you're you don't have options, you're, you're, you're forced to form. You're forced to transform into something that is almost unhuman, but godlike. Because I think of entrepreneurs honestly as you know, the chosen people of, I think God chooses entrepreneurs. There's a difference, right? There's a fucking difference. I think God chooses entrepreneurs and business owners choose themselves. Business owners are just business people who run the business. Y'all know who business owners are. They're not entrepreneurs, they're not forward-thinking, they run a business, right? And they can run a successful business. Entrepreneurs are building something, they're changing lives, right? So when I think entrepreneurs, I think formation happens for entrepreneur transformation. So, and I think that people are naturally born into that. I don't think it's something that's built, I think it's something that is natural. He, you know, we talked about Kobe Bryant and how Kobe Bryant, um, Kobe Bryant was just born the way he was. He he it was it was nothing that was necessarily taught to him. You know, he was born into transformation. And when you're talking about forming as an entrepreneur, you got to understand that there's something important about form that every entrepreneur needs to have in order to transform into the greatest entrepreneur that could be. And what that is, is support, right? Entrepreneurs need the proper support to help drive their business. I think some of the greatest business owners on the fucking planet had a great support system, had a great support team. That's why Kobe Bryant did so well in his career, because Kobe Bryant came in um with a solid foundation. You know, when you think about people that you need, these are the people who are the key to your transformation. Now, and again, you know, not everybody is designed to transform. Most people are designed to be keys, and keys ignite the transformation. And so Kobe's a transformer, right? And his father was his key, right? Listen to what Kobe had to say about his dad.

SPEAKER_01

My father was really influential at a really critical time where I had a summer where I played basketball when I was like 10 or 11 years old. And here I come playing, and I don't score one point the entire summer.

SPEAKER_00

Really? Not one. How old were you? 11, 10, 11. You're playing against other 10, 11 year olds, or you didn't score once, not one. Were you in the game? I was in the game. How'd you not score? Because I was terrible. Really? Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

I remember crying about it, being upset about it, and my father just gave me a hug and said, listen, whether you score zero or score 60, I'm gonna love you no matter what. Wow. That is the most important thing that you can say to a child. Because from there, I was like, okay, that gives me all the confidence in the world to fail. I have the security there. But to hell with that, I'm scoring 60.

SPEAKER_00

Let's go right. And from there I just went to work. I just I stayed with him. I kept practicing, kept practicing, kept practicing.

SPEAKER_02

Alright. So you you hear that? So in that story, very powerful, you know, Kobe Bryant is like, listen, I'm not a I'm not a sports person, but Kobe Bryant is like the my go-to person whenever I think about the the entrepreneurship mentality. And in that video, he said, you know, when he was a kid, he played basketball that summer. He didn't score a fucking point. He didn't all summer, not a game, all summer. And you know, it was like two months in the summer. Kobe Bryant didn't score one point, right? And his dad came and told him, whether you score 10 points or zero points, it don't matter. I'm still gonna love you. Key to transformation, right? His key was his father that ignited that transformation. And Kobe was like, all right, moving forward, I'm I'm going in with 60. Like that's that's what that's what he needed, right? And I think that as entrepreneurs, you need the right keys in your life. Keys are important to your success. I didn't have that coming up, right? I was 14 years old when I left my parents' house. And I left for that reason because I just didn't have that, right? So for me, I had to go out and find it. So, you know, I didn't really find that transformation until I was about 21 years old. And it was from who I call my white dad. His name is Dunny. Shout out to Donny. And, you know, he he, you know, I was going to be an actor in New York City, and you know, he told me, you know, you could live here, but you got to build your own room. And I built my own room. And so, you know, I remember, I remember him telling me for the first time that, you know, he was like, I believe in you, I think that you could do this. And I it was something that I never really heard growing up. You know, so the moment that I heard it, something clicked. I knew I had form in me. Even as a kid, I had form. That's why I left so young. Because, you know, because oftentimes people can also damper that form if you're not careful. People can stunt that transformation. I don't care what no one says. You trans your form can never be taken. It can be set back, withheld, but it can never be taken. Because once you find the right key to ignite that form, you are going to take off. And that's what Kobe did. He transformed when his dad said, I'll still love you regardless. That's all he needed. And sometimes people like entrepreneurs, that's all they need. They need to know that they can go to, they have a go-to person. That's why in entrepreneurship, it's so important to have the right people, have the right spouse, have the right partner, have the right friends, have the right family. Even if it's just one fucking person, just one fucking person, it don't even matter. If it's just one person, that's all you really need, right? To ignite that life. And usually it's somebody you have to really care about, right? And so if you're at home and you're like thinking and you're an entrepreneur, you're like, who's my person? Who's my key? Find out who that key is because that's important. Like, that's your drive, that's your why, right? And the people who are keys understand that you're a key. And there's nothing wrong with being a key because form is stagnant without the key. It's hard to grow. I believe that's why a lot of businesses fail outside of talent and shit and and discipline. I think most businesses fail because they lack the keys in their lives. And it's really hard to manage that, you know? And so I say that oftentimes if you don't have a key in your life, it's going to be pivotal that you create those keys. Find those keys, right? Find the key. Rather you find it in your team, rather you find it in a friend, whatever the case is, find your key because you need someone who's going to be there to tell you, hey, look, you got this. You're gonna like and truly believe, because there's a lot of motherfuckers out here that just be talking shit. You, there's a lot of you, and because you are one of the chosen people by God as an entrepreneur, you know when people bullshitting you, when people just talking, right? You know that, you know? And I feel like having the right team, if you can't find the right person, is gonna be just as beneficial because if you got a lot of people who believe in you on your team, that's all you really need. But if you got a lot of people there who's just there for a paycheck, who ain't really there to support the mission and the vision of the company, and they're you know, and you will know, like the thing about entrepreneurs is that intuition is fucking top notch. That shit's top notch. So you would feel it in your soul if you have a team member or team members who's not really backing that. Because what happens is you have to take 10 steps back because you have to constantly retract to a team member. And for me, we had to learn that the hard way. We had to learn, like, we had to let go of some team members. We had to because I was put into a box. I was put into a box where I saw that, you know, maybe like I like the people that I have, but like these are not the right team members for this company. In order for this company to take it to the next level, like I have to get some keys. I got to get keys in my life, especially if I don't have it. Like personally, I gotta have keys in my life that's gonna take me to that next level. So, you know, and Kobe talks about that with the Lakers. Like, the Lakers were very, very particular about the people they brought on the Lakers. Like, even Kobe was very particular about the people he played with, is because he understands that he needs keys in his life to ignite that fire. Even if they are and and that and here's the deal you have these pro-athlete people who are full, you got in NBA, they're they're full of pro-key, they're they're full of keys, not not not forms or transformers. NFL players, they're full of keys, not transformers. But there are people in the NFL that are transformers, and those keys are the players that ignite that transformation, right? Here, here's what Kobe had to say about that.

SPEAKER_00

What was it like for you to play with people that that weren't as gritty as you were? Good question.

SPEAKER_01

It's a great question. Um, my response might sound a little uh tough, but I I I just I'd kill them, I'd bury them. Um it's it's you know, tolerance for that and the kind of culture that the Lakers organization stood for winning championships is not tolerated. You're gonna show up to play and you're gonna lolly gag through this scrimmage, through this drill. I'm going to beat you. I'm going to let you know I beat you. I'm going to want you to reconsider your professional life choice. You know, as for the most part, you know, people will say, okay, that doesn't make a great teammate. Well, I'm not here to be a great teammate, I'm here to help you win championships. So here's a difference. Um and you know, fortunately for us and for me, you know, we had an organization that you know um it was championships or nothing. And they were really good about identifying that and bringing players in here that had that competitive streak and you know getting rid of the ones that rid of the ones that did not.

SPEAKER_02

Okay. So you so you just you just watch that video, and for the audio listeners, you guys just listen to it. So he said, you know, again, you know, they're very particular about their teammate team members. And and then he further explained that at the end of the day, he don't give a fuck that people are like, you're not a good team player. He's not here to play a team, he's here to win a championship. Same shit in entrepreneurship. You're here to run a successful business. And in order to run a successful business, you need the right team players who's gonna help push you to that point. You know, he also made a comment, it wasn't in this video. He said, you know, they were like, Kobe, there's no I and team. He said, but there's a motherfucking M ⁇ E in that motherfucker. So it's like, if you gotta, if you gotta get your ass up and run it your goddamn self, so what? So be that. Let that be that for your company, like until you find the right people. Because what I've what I what I what I've done some study on is um, I think this is a guy named Gary Miller. He did a research on the brain and how much, you know, what's the capacity um of your brain that is operated, focused on business, and it's about 60 to 80 percent, right? This is why it's so important to keep keys in your life, because if it takes if business takes up 60 to 80 percent of the brain capacity when you're an entrepreneur, that means you only got 20% capacity left for the other shit, right? That so it's like you don't like so when chaotic shit comes into your life, you have to, you have to say, okay, wait a minute. I've already got a lot. You have to find people who are like, I know you gotta you have to find people who know how to pick and choose their battles, right? Because as an entrepreneur, you're gonna you're gonna be in limbo. You're gonna be, your emotions are gonna be going here and there. Like, see, I'm gonna be 100 with y'all. Shit. Look, I had when I told you guys I was going through that shit in December with clients and shit, I felt like my team showed their real colors, real talk. I felt like people were showing real colors then. Because it's like, okay, we're losing clients, we, you know, we in trouble. There was a lot of attitude, a lot of arrogant shit going on, right? Not gonna lie, especially from some of my hardest hitters. And I'm like, hey, look, this is not the time for us to be going back and forth about the position. Like, this is what I'm giving you, this is what we need to get done so that we can get on. Shit still wasn't getting done. Things were just not being executed properly. So, you know, oftentimes I'm like, what's happening? So, like, I was also having problems internally, not just, you know, externally. So it's like, okay, as an entrepreneur, we're balancing this shit, right? We're balancing this shit because that's what we're built to do. It's a lot of work. You transform. And then I had to realize I'm like, you know what? I don't need this. If I can let go of a client, I can let go of a team member. I don't care how much I need them. Because at the end of the day, in order for me to build the greatest company, I just can't have good team members. I have to have good clients too. Like, I would rather have an all-around encompassed good group of individuals that I'm working on because these are the type of people that are gonna lead the best reviews. These are the type of people I'm gonna want to take myself to the map. These are the type of people, these are the type of people, my team and my clients, who's gonna who's going to push me to the next level to want me to do better for them. Because these guys are rooting for you. If they're your client, they believe in you, right? If they're on your team, they believe in you. If they're coming, if you'll know they're there for a check, if they're there for a check, check them out. Get them out of here. You don't need them. You know who they are. I know who they are. You ain't got to do it. I already know there's a couple more people I'm about to let go. But at the end of the day, I'm still bringing in people. So how do you identify that, right? Because it's time for you to transform. It's not about reacting, right? Transformation is about reacting, it's about responding. And responses is sitting back and observing, watching, watching the people that are in your circle, that are around in your corner, that you surround yourself around. Watch them. Because that those individuals will tell you who they are through their language, through their body language, not necessarily through their words, through their body language. They'll let you know. And you know, you know deep down inside, okay, I need to go. And but some I need to go. Like, I need to let this person go. But you choose to keep them, you choose to keep them on your team, or you choose to keep them as a client because you're like, maybe something to change, maybe something to be different. But in reality, it's fucking not. And eventually it does become draining. Find keys. If you are a transformer, find keys. If you're a key, find a transformer. The two go well together. Identify which one you are. Everybody trying to be a fucking transformer. When we got more keys than transformers, keys ignite transformation, keys bring out the greatest in transformers. So it's not always good to try to come in and be the transformer, be the key. And find people in your circle who can help that you can help ignite that for. So I had a team member, I would call them the LeBron James, Kobe Bryant of our team. Very hard-hitters. Because that's another thing about building a great company. It's because oftentimes you'll have a few things. You'll have somebody who's really good at their job, shitty attitude. Or you have somebody who is terrible at their job, great attitude. It's very seldom that you find somebody who is great at their job with a great attitude. And then you have to make the decision. You know, you gotta, you know, you and because oftentimes, I mean, I felt myself getting so upset and so annoyed with shit with certain team members, especially after saying, hey, we got to do this, but because they know they were the footing, like it's gonna, you're not gonna find nobody who's gonna work like me. True, correct. I'm probably not gonna find this kind of work ever again. But I gotta make a decision. Like, at the end of the day, it's still putting me in the box, it's still keeping me stagnant, it's not keeping me growing. So therefore, I'm like, wait the fuck a minute. You got to remember, I left my parents' house at 14 years old. If you, if I lose you as a team member, yes, you are my hardest-hitting team member, but I'll figure that shit out. Why? Because naturally, something's gonna click. I'm gonna naturally transform. If I have the right people in my circle, if I have the right people around me, I'm gonna transform into something, something great. And so I made the decision. I sat down, I watched, I paid attention, I observed, and I said, you know what? I'm letting this person go. And I did. Hard as a decision, but I had to make the move because at the end of the day, in order for us to grow as a company, we have to identify the internal problems. That we do have, right? So transforming yourself as an individual, not reacting emotionally. Because I was reacting emotionally, and I'm not gonna lie, even as well, sometimes I would get emotional about certain things because I'm like, I'm just asking you to do this, I'm not understanding what's the problem. We this is already over a week overdue. So it became very frustrating. But what that showed me was that person's that person had different priorities and it wasn't our company. While you were good at what you did, I still have to understand that you set priorities over our company, and therefore, if you set priorities over our company, then that means I can't keep you. You can't keep people who don't put your company first. Like I read the book Hard Thing About Hard Things, and he talked about just that having he had 77 people when his company was going through a crisis. He only had six weeks worth of um of revenue to pay his employees. And he had 77 people and he had to figure out how he was gonna come up with revenue. And you say, Listen, I'm not sure you guys are gonna keep a job, but for the next six months, you know, I'm gonna need you guys to talk to your family and let them know, hey, we need to put in the work. Like I need you guys to really come through. Out of 77 people, only two people left. You know, so when you when I read the book, The Hard Thing About Hard Things that I'm still reading, it shows you that he had the he already had the right fucking team, right? Of people who said, Hey, I'm gonna put, you know, hey, I I gotta I gotta make sure this company survives. I'm gonna do this because this is what is happening. And and when we were in the trench, when we were in the when we were in a bad situation, like we were in a much bad worse situation last month than we are this month. We're nowhere near that situation. You know, we're rec we're rec we're regathering that that revenue. Um, we we've got four new clients that's coming in that we didn't even put I didn't even get these motherfuckers. They found me, and they're all pretty solid, and I'm afraid because now I'm like, we have less people and more clients coming in when last month we had too many people and less clients. So then there's that there's that mix-up, right? There's that wish wash. And I really think that by the end of this quarter, I'm going you you guys are going to see a transformation within our company like never seen before, and that's what I'm excited about. And so when you think about reacting versus responding, for me, I I had to learn that it's not always necessarily about reacting because people gonna do shit. You gotta you gotta accept that you're gonna be the Kobe Bryant on your team. As an entrepreneur, you gotta accept that. I you know, you're not gonna get motherfuckers who gonna be just like you, but you but if you can find a person who can put in 70, 80, my you found Jesus. Okay, because a person who's like, I'm gonna give 110 to this company, despite the other shit that they got going on. That's a person you keep around because that's your key. You are the transformer, and that's the key you need to push you. All you need as an entrepreneur is the right people in your life, really the greatest the greatest entrepreneurs on the planet have the right people in their lives, right friends, right spouse, right family. And sometimes you might not have that, so you build that with your team, and sometimes you gotta let people go. If they don't meet that criteria, you gotta let them go. Right? Okay, so then the next thing is we talked about you know systems, right? So when when we think about systems, right, everything comes down to just that when you when you talk about transformation. Systems aren't just business tools, they're emotional safeguards, right? So how structure prevents burnout, why routines create safety during personal chaos, building systems that actually keep the business moving even when life is heavy, right? If your life is fucked up, your business gonna be fucked up. Form isn't perfection, it's made for protection. And true entrepreneurs create form using perfect protection, not perfection. Understanding that people are not perfect, but understanding that you need protection for your company. So when I told you guys I let go of people, it's not because I didn't like them personally, it's I was protecting the company. I the gift of intuition is something that entrepreneurs have. Um and one of the greatest things that I really enjoy is what I do. I fucking love what I do, I love the up and down, I love the challenges, but I ain't gonna lie, I do it it's a lot, like especially when you got shit going on personally and you got shit going on in the business world. That's why it's important to find the right people, right? So for for for systems, right? When I told you guys, like I was just afraid to lose this person because I knew this person. But like just say that this is the LeBron James of your basketball team. And the really he just he great player, just didn't have the right attitude. You know what I'm saying? Just great player. When they did it, they did it, but you know, they but oftentimes it was like deadlines wasn't met, things wasn't given. So you're like, you're like, okay, stop. Remember, Transformers pause. You say, stop. All right, wait a minute. I'm going into this way, way, way too deep. Let me not react. Because I'm like ready to fire this person as like right the fucking out. I'm like, fuck it, I'm ready to fire, like, like I'm just about to do it. I said, no, let me pause, let me step back, let me take a look. I was I would have been taking a look for like a month and a half before I let the person go. Because I have to observe. And the person came out and told me, like, this is this company's not top priority. And that's fine, right? So it's like, okay, that was enough for me, right? I've already, I'm being honest, you know, I could be honest with y'all because y'all are my people. You know, I ain't really got nobody like that. I ain't really had nobody like that. Kobe Bryant said that success is, you know, legends are not measured by the accolades or the the success of the person. But it is actually legends are measured by the impact that they leave in the world. People are always boasting about the accolades. Oh, I'm I'm this, I'm that, I'm this, I'm that I'm this, I'm that, I'm this, I'm that. Man, look, I got a war that I haven't even posted on social media. And for me, I'm like, I don't need to because I have a greater mission, right? I have the biggest heart in the world. But when you come work for me, it's it's go time. This is we are working in a championship team. And in order to be the greatest company, we have to have a championship players. People who think championship. I just terminated somebody today. I don't care. I realize I don't like there's people you need. People are like, damn man, you just fire people, man. Listen, fire fast, higher slow. Right? So for me, take your taking that time to find the right people. And now I'm, you know, as even as I'm getting into entrepreneurship, you know, and learning ways, I want to when I before people apply for my position, I want to give them a task to do. One, I want to see how quick they respond to me. I want to see if they'll do it. This is all these people who send in resumes, the quickest way to you know, sift people out is give them a task to do because they're gonna be like, man, I ain't doing that shit for free. Great. That's character. That's character, my nigga. Good. I don't want you. You like if you're if you're like, man, I ain't doing that for free, I gotta get paid to do something like this. I'm out. Somebody told me that in an email. It said, you know, I usually don't work for free, but I'll do this one for this. Nope. Don't worry about it. Don't do it for free. Your character is everything I need because in order to get this company to the next level, we have to have a team full of characters, and characters is what build your business. I don't care what nobody says. If you're a transformer, identify that you're a transformer and identify that you need keys to go to the next level. If you're keys, find your transformer and identify that in order for you to go to the next level, you have to continue to ignite that transformer. That's how you get the greatest reward. Vanessa Bryant is not a fucking basketball player, probably never picked up a damn basketball. Well, she was one of his biggest advocators, even though they had problems, they had shit going on, but she still showed up. She still kept showing up, right? Find people that's gonna keep showing up when shit gets hard. And even when our business got hard, I came in this thing really happy about it. I'm like, guys, guess what? We're going through a hard time. And I shared it with you guys on the podcast. It's exciting for me because I love it. I love it. I'm like, shit, now I gotta figure out what we're gonna do. If we lose a fucking client today, we will figure out what we gotta do because I just transform into something that I know needs to happen. I go back to 14-year-old Jameen Domus. And 14-year-old Jameen Domus says, I need to figure out how I'm gonna survive. Because my mama and daddy is not here to feed me, and I don't have a roof over my head, so I need to figure it out, and now I take that to entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurs are not created, they're born that way, they're born into being an entrepreneur. Kobe knew when he was two years old. You know what I mean? And that's okay. It's okay to be the key, it's okay to be the transformer. But first, the most important is identifying. And then when you identify, identify the type of people you need in your life to be the greatest you can be, right? And that's where I'm at. You know, listen, listen, you know, I'm glad I, you know, still came back and redid the entire thing for those of you who sat through and watched the entire thing again. I appreciate it for the listeners. Um, listen, man, we we're killing it on our on our on our audio podcast. So I want to want to give a shout out to all our listeners in the podcast, you know, out there in the podcast world, all on Apple and shit like that. Appreciate you guys. Remember this, you know, form over feelings, you know, response over reactions, you know. Entrepreneurs, you know, being entrepreneurship doesn't get easier, you know. It just doesn't. You just have to get more structure with your with your business. Understanding that everything is not gonna be rainbows and and and and and and glitter. But the key thing is that in order to get the greatest version of you, you have to be back into a corner. You have to be. You have to be back into a corner to find out who you really are because now you're under pressure. This is gonna tell the world who you are as a person. Kobe Bryant was constantly under pressure. He was playing with people he didn't want to play with because he was better, but he still had to make it work. You have to do that for your business. Understand that you're not gonna meet people who might be on the same level as you. That's okay. But find the people who want to be there, who's going to choose your organization because that's what it's about. It's about understanding that you need a team of people who believe in your organization no matter what. You know what I'm saying? And when you find those people, keep those people because they're hard to come by. Now, don't get me wrong, don't get me wrong. I'm gonna say this shit, I'm gonna be a hundred. Right? They still have to work. Because just being there waiting for the company to succeed, you got those people too. They don't want to work, they'll be great for the culture. They ain't doing nothing. You know what I mean? So identify them too. You know what I mean? So, if today didn't feel great, that's that's okay. If you're not feeling good right now, you're going through shit, that's okay. This means it's time for you to transform. You know what you gotta do. Stop fucking playing, turn it on, turn it on, turn it on. You know what you gotta do. Do not let whatever you got going on today fuck up your mojo. What you got? You getting ready to you're probably driving to work, listening to or you're watching this video, turn that shit on. You know what you need to do, that's why you're the entrepreneur. Tighten the structure, protect your mental capacity, protection. That's what you do for your company, protecting at all costs. Alright, listen, if conversations like this matter to you, conversations about empowerment, conversations about transformation, conversations about being the keys, that's good. Please support us by subscribing, liking, joining our Patreon. All of that information is in the description below. This is what it's about about being entrepreneurship. If it's giving you, this is the unfiltered truth. It's the good, the bad, the ugly. You know what I mean? Right now, we are not in the best situation, but we are in a better situation than we were last month. Now we're now we're really coming out. Now it's like retransforming what the business is really about, and that's what happens. We are on year four for us, and I don't give a fuck what nobody says. This business is going to make it to year five come January 16th, January 15th, 2027. We will make it to year five at any means necessary. We can lose damn near every client. We will find a way to get more clients. And here's the secret, man. Like, always put aside 15 to 25 percent of your revenue. Always. Because if you lose people, I'm always thinking, like, okay, this is what it's gonna cost me every month to pay my team. I would like to be comfortably about three to six months comfortable to be able to pay my team so that if we lose clients, we're still able to pay them as we find new clients. Everybody, we gotta turn, we gotta put in the work. That's what you gotta do because your team will stay. I got a dude on my team, love this dude to death. He's our video editor, he kicks ass. He will he works what he's not supposed to work. I had to tell that motherfucker this weekend stop, you're done. We're good, we're good. Don't start on the next one, we're good. Start Monday. That's the kind of people you want on your team because they make the difference. They believe in you, you believe in you. Find your keys, find your keys and turn that shit on. I'm your host, Jameen Dumblings. Thank you for subscribing, and we'll see you guys on.
