SPEAKER_03Thank you so much. I always love being with you. And I admire your commitment and your dedication to getting the word out and helping people with mental health. So we all know we're not alone. So thank you so much. And thank you, everybody, for being here. Because you being here is part of spreading it and getting it out. So thank you, thank you, thank you. And get listening, everybody big kiss. So much more than what we hear. Sound has the power to transform us, it awakens our mind. It harmonizes our body. And it's our ticket to freedom. Now, when I say ticket to freedom, I'm not trying to be poetic. Sound therapy freed me from lupus, a crippling autoimmune condition. The only way I can explain is like this. Lupus is to your body with kryptonite is to Superman. It completely drains the life force right out of you. Sound therapy gave my life force, my energy, and a new passion for life. Sound, just sound, and you're gonna be like, What? But we all have our own kryptonite. Like I said, for me, it was lupus. My client Peter, it was a stroke that had robbed him of his ability to speak clearly and left him dependent on a cane. After he discovered his frequencies and we worked together, he was able to walk without that cane. And he said his speech flowed more freely. My client Michelle, she had a 20-year addiction to Xanax, and getting those frequencies into her body broke that addiction. Now you're thinking magic? I'm gonna say yeah, but it's magic. But what is this all about? Why are frequencies helping? And I'm thinking about today's theme, which is acceptance. And it's this acceptance and this inner knowing, and it's a reminder that we have everything we need to heal. And through the years we've forgotten because we go into school systems and other environments where we're just not taught to believe in ourselves anymore. But somewhere along the line, we doubted that our ability had this, our body had this ability to heal. Now think about it. If you get cut, do you have any doubt that your skin is going to heal without you standing over saying, heal, heal, heal? No, there's this intuitive energy inside that knows what to do that. And when we get what they call disease, which is really just your body out of ease, it's not some horrible attack that we all think. Your body is just a little out of harmony, and it needs the right nourishment, it needs the right environment and the right frequencies to heal. And this is why I like sound so much because you don't need any outside drugs, you don't need any outside help. It's getting in touch with this inner wisdom that we all have, that inner light. But first, we need that acceptance, we need to believe in ourselves again. So I just want everyone to take a nice deep breath and think of a time where maybe things weren't going so good, but your body healed on its own and you figured something out because those are the minds we need. We have to go back and look at past evidence. And I give you the silly story of how um your mindset will work. And when I was diagnosed with lupus, I had woken up metabolized from the neck down, and I didn't think I was really ever gonna be strong again and able to walk. But I was listening to all the Joe Dispenser stuff and thinking, okay, I'm just gonna visualize myself walking up those stairs. I'm gonna get up those stairs, and every day I would visualize that I'm gonna get up these stairs. I even went as far as two, you're gonna laugh. I had Wonder Woman socks and I put these Wonder Woman socks on, and in my head I'm thinking, you know, Wonder Woman, you're Wonder Wonder Woman, and I'm saying to myself, and I'm thinking, I'm gonna get up those stairs. So I went over to the stairs after a week of visualizing, thinking, I've got this. I and I take one step up, I take two steps up. What do you think happens on that third step? If you're guessing I made it all the way up, that would have been a much better story. But no, I collapsed. Now, why did I collapse? I had that belief that I could do it. I was accepting the fact that yes, I'm strong, I'm Wonder Woman, I I had everything in my head and I was willing to go. Why did I collapse? It was because my programming prior to that was I had in my head that the doctor told me that I wasn't gonna be able to walk. I had in my head that he said if you want to walk, you have to take immune suppressors, which I didn't want to take. And I had in my head that without these immune suppressors, I was never gonna walk. So this is the main problem. Even if we're having this confidence that we can do it, we do need to get rid of that old programming that's telling us we can't. It stays with us for years. And I want to give you that opportunity now to feel what it's like to experience the sound. Because without even having to conjure up and think of what it is that's bothering you that you want to release, sound has a way of just pulling it out and getting out of you quietly and harmonizing your body. That's why it does feel like magic because you don't even know what's going on, you just know you feel better. So I want you to guys to sit back, close your eyes, relax, get into whatever comfortable position works for you. And even if you're in like a laid down position and you're comfortable, feel free to like wiggle and move and do some audible like exhales because we want to like wiggle it out, we want to exhale it out. So, whatever you feel like doing, let your body do. That's how we get that stress out. Okay, so take a nice deep breath in. Exhale and just relax and let's go on a sound journey.
SPEAKER_04As you listen to these sounds, I want you to remember and accept the fact that your body is never against you, it's never broken.
SPEAKER_03It's simply out of balance. Needs some harmony, needs some good nourishment, some beautiful sunlight. There's so many frequencies you can harness just from going outdoors that rebalance you. Your very own voice is powerful. Just humming calms your nervous system, lowers your blood pressure, and puts you in a really great mood. When was the last time you saw somebody that was humming that wasn't happy? So just hum. Make sure you're staying hydrated. Having very good clean filtered water whispering water. Wakes up all the cells in your body. Water holes electricity that charges your body. We don't often think about water having voltage, but it does.
SPEAKER_04Just always accept the fact that your body is perfect.
SPEAKER_03Your body knows exactly what to do. Your body loves you. And when you feel gratitude for that, it does even better work for you. Take a nice deep breath on that one and exhale. And breathing itself creates electricity in your body. So whenever you're feeling weak, if you simply take maybe twelve deep breaths and long exhales, you're gonna give yourself a little jump start. Let's try that now. Just do three simple breaths. Inhale, say like a count of five, hold for six and exhale for eight.
SPEAKER_04Inhale for five. Hold for six and exhale for eight. And do those audible exhales, they just feel so good. Inhale for five, hold for six, exhale for eight.
SPEAKER_03And with each future breath, remember how much your body loves you. How hard it always works for you. And when it's not feeling well, just give it a couple of things that it needs. It's your turn to take care of it and baby it. Start by wiggling those little toes, wiggling those little fingers, batting those beautiful eyes open. Give yourself a great big hug and thank your body for all its beautiful hard work. Let your body know that you love it, and you're here for it. I don't know if I put you to sleep.
SPEAKER_00No, it's always so relaxing, Susie. It's so amazing. I love how you put your your story in with the music now, and it really gets to you like, oh my god. I have this pain on my shoulder. I uh picked up my laundry bags. I know we might pick up one of ten phones, so I I grabbed my laundry bag and I told that something is wrong with my shoulder, so it's just so much pain. But it feels relaxed, I see a song therapy. One of the things I love that I saw, and and you always say this, and I want to bring it in here is that you said you don't let these autoimmune um diseases define you. You can always get help, especially with sound therapy. One of the things you said when you when you couldn't make it up the stairs, uh you said. That would have been a different story. The thing about it is tell us a little bit in depth of the light of when it is you were in that place, whereas you felt as though, oh my god, I just imagine you were just taking care of your parents, right? You were the one giving them care, you took care of them, show them love and everything, and then boom, this happens to you. Now we all know that there's a greater power out there, God, the universe, however, people tend to see it, because your faith and your belief have a lot to do with everything, even self-manifestations. Every single thing comes down to one thing belief. And we had a conference on belief as well. So I want you at this this time to explain to everyone that moment when you felt defeated as there was nowhere else to turn. You didn't find song therapy yet. But tell us in that position. You see, we always talk about overcoming, we always talk about the end results, and and and everyone hears that story, but they do not hear the in-between. So a little bit, I want you to give two minutes of the in-between. Two minutes of yours.
SPEAKER_03Okay, thank you. So one of the reasons, children, an advocate for helping people that have autoimmune, is that I felt betrayed by my own body because the way the doctors explained it, they told me that my body was attacking itself, that my cells were eating each other. So I was imagining like Pac-Man inside my body going do, do, do, do, do, right, like just coming across. You cannot heal when you're living in fear. When you're in fear that your very own body attacked you. And my whole life I was healthy, I lifted weights, I did all this stuff, and I felt betrayed. I felt betrayed because I had put so much time into helping other people, and now I felt like my own body turned against me. And it's this horrible feeling. And when you're in that state, you cannot heal because your body is in fight and flight mode, and it's taking all that energy and it's putting it out to like your hands and your feet because it's getting you ready to run, right? So it's raising your blood pressure, it's getting you the cortisol up, everything ready to run. That's not heal mode. The day I started to heal was when I realized my body was not attacking me, my body was not against me. My body was letting me know it was exhausted because I spent almost 15 years consecutively taking care of people and not myself. I drained every ounce of my strength. I wasn't sleeping, I wasn't eating right. Your body's not attacking you, it's letting you know, hey, wake up! I need some help here. And sound therapy gave me that help because I was always in high gear, I was always running, and then when I completely flatlined, I was just in fear. Sound therapy took me out of fear. My very first treatment, when that music came into my head, I'll never fear, it was like these sound bubbles were encasing all the unprocessed grief and anxiety and stress of being a caregiver that was just stuck in my head. I couldn't get it out, and it like lifted it. And this is just a 20-minute treatment, and my shoulders were always stuck up here. The music brought my shoulders down, so brought that relaxation into my body, and from that state I began to heal. And it was this huge awakening when I discovered we're not just biochemical beings, we're beings of light, magnetism, we're we're electric, and we need to be charged. And the the simplest way I love to put it to people is if your car battery dies and you bring it to the mechanic, and he gives you a new engine, right? He fixes all the spark plugs, he you know, gives you new tires, he paints the car. Where's that car gonna go? How far are you going without the battery? We're the same way. We need to charge, and sound is pure energy. And when you get that sound into your life, and then you get into harmony, your body does all the rest. Your body has this inner wisdom and this inner knowing. And when you're back in balance, it clicks in. And when you take that time to pause and to think, your body can communicate with you and it can hear and it starts doing its work. So it's up to us to remember we are not at war with our body. I always get upset when they say we're there's a war on cancer, right? We're attacking this and we're fighting for this. We're not fighting, we're we want peace and we want harmony, and that's the key to healing.

SPEAKER_00Anyone wants to ask Susie a question based on what she just spoke about? You're feel free to do that. Go ahead, Yvonne.
SPEAKER_02Your caregiving involved a lot of helping people pass over, correct? Yes. Can you talk for a minute about what happens to the body if we don't release grief?
SPEAKER_03Yeah, that that that's what happened to me is exactly what happens, you don't release grief. So when you don't release grief, it stays trapped in your body. And when you have stuck energy, it causes all different. I want to say I don't want to say diseases because again, it's our body. I don't like the word disease because they always say you think of like like your body's like rotting or something, right? But it's really your body is just feeling dis-ased. So, in according to what's going on, like Chinese medicine always says that the lungs are the organ of grief. So a lot of people that don't release grief get lung damage. For me, it shut down my whole system. I ended up with autoimmune. But when you don't release that grief, it's this horrible blockage in your body that stops your energy flow, and it just makes everything else break down. And this is why so often, like I saw this with my mom's friends when their husbands passed, two of them got lung cancer and they never smoked. And I'm like, how could that be? Like, why are they getting they never smoked? Their husbands didn't even smoke, so they didn't even have secondhand and it's a lot of times the grief is in the lungs, okay. But for me, it just it shut down the my whole system. It was just like everything went. But it's so important. Like in other cultures, when they're grieving, it's like they they grieve together. And there's even like an Aborigine culture where they they do this dance when they're stomping their feet and they do like these very dramatic facial movements to get the anger out and to get the aggression out and take to get all that excess energy. And in here, we're taught, you know, and we almost admire it, like if someone's husband dies and they go, Oh, she was so brave, like she didn't, she didn't say a peep, she didn't cry. It's like they're applauded for you know not grieving, for getting back to work, for being strong. And you're doing this stuff on the outside, but you're dying on the inside. So as a culture, we have to learn again. We really need to grief, grieve, and we need to stomp our feet, we need to scream, we need to cry, we have to let this out. If we don't let this out, that's all still inside us. All that that energy that is just like stuck and it's like circulating around, doing all this damage. So we have to get that grief out. And um, I'm all about like really like dancing through it, screaming through it, and having support. You need support of friends, you need love around you, and you need those people that are just gonna be that shoulder to cry on. And you have to cry, you gotta like cry, scream, do all those things. I think I sidetracked the question, was really that's that's exactly it. Okay, I get very upset about that because people aren't allowed to grieve.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, I just remember your story. It was just like helping one person after another pass over. Um the next one like was there before you finished like even catching your breath from the one prior. And your whole didn't your whole family get decimated?
SPEAKER_03Well, it was yeah, like I I was taking care of my dad when my dad passed away. The day he passed away, we realized my mom had dementia because like it just the if you have dementia and you have a shock like that, it's like 10 times like worse. Like that night, we just like, oh my god, and she had to move in with me. And so I used to joke the only reason I didn't have a nervous breakdown, I didn't have time. Like it was like everyone was lining up. Like, I don't know, that I was always afraid that when I didn't have time, like people are like, Oh, you need to go for therapy, or yeah, I can think I'm afraid, like, I'm afraid I'm just gonna have this, like, ah, like everything's gonna come to me at once. And that's why I like sound because it gently moves it out, like it's just it's this most peaceful way to do it's better, it's even better than talk therapy because sometimes when you talk, you're hard wiring the stuff back in your head, right? But when you do sound, you're just easing it out, you know, and you don't even have to remember the thought. Sometimes it just goes quietly without even reminding you what it is. So that's why I I love sound, if you can tell.
SPEAKER_00Amazing. Anyone else want to ask a question? All right, so if no one else, let's just do some quick shout-outs. We have looking on, we have Angeli Wesson. She's saying good morning, and she is from Lake Pleasant, Arizona.
SPEAKER_05Susie. Hi, this is Terry. Hi, everybody, hi everyone. So you were mentioning how the the phrase of how your your body is attacking itself and talking about there's a fight going on inside your body. I agree with you with what you're saying with that, is that when you when when it's framed in a way that your body's not working together or parts of your body are not in sync or in harmony, you're just talking to those parts to stay stay like against each other or or to stay in a in a state of friction, right? Which just causes your body even more uh to like trap in all of the unresolved emotions that should really pass through. Because they say that that emotions are energy in motion, and so energy in motion, meaning whatever arises in a situation of trauma or a situation of fight or flight, like you said, all of our adrenaline is just dumped, our cortisol is spiked, and we're in a place of where we're supposed to run or fight or you know, get ourselves out of a situation and our nervous system isn't able to calm down. So it's like we're already having to experience that physically. So when you were in Caregiver one after the other, after the other after the other, after the other, and you and I have talked about how we both have had that in our lives and how people have considered us maybe like the dual of position. When you were going through what you were going through, like Rod said, the in-between phase, in that you had gone through recognizing that your body is betraying you. And I agree with what that feeling is like because I I had a similar experience of feeling that way after going through caregiving for many years as well, and having a health situation show up totally out of the blue. But it's like when you're in that in bus in-between phase and you're trying to figure things out for yourself, what were the kind of things that were showing up for you? And then how maybe you hadn't discovered a how yet because the sound therapy had had not arrived to you? What were the things you were thinking or the things that were your were directed to you for you to do in that in-between phase of the overcoming portion of this is where I am, I could get past this, to this is what I just discovered for my life with the lupus and the things of your body.
SPEAKER_03Oh, okay. Thank you, Terry. So the first thing I'd like to tell everybody is get curious. When I entered that curiosity stage, like, how did I go? Because it was literally like a three-hour period. I went to bed at midnight. I woke up three o'clock in the morning and like everything was in shutdown. So I started thinking about it. And I was envisioning, like, we see those movies where like a building's about to blow up, right? And then you hear the alarms and all the doors get locked, locked, and you see the people in the running and they're trying to get out the door. I was envisioning my body went into lockdown. And then I started to think of my body, like, how amazing. My body was trying to protect me from something. I didn't know what, but when I saw my body, I was curious. I'm thinking my body was trying to protect me. It wasn't it wasn't trying to kill me, it was trying to protect me from something, it was shutting down the entrance of whatever was like trying to get in. And it's the same thing too. This is across the board for other diseases. You're probably gonna get sidetracked here with dementia. They of always trying to remove the amyloid plaque in the brain, and they keep saying this is what causes dementia, and all the medications amyloid plaque, and in reality, your amyloid plaque is building in the brain to protect you from the toxins that are getting up to your brain, and when they remove that plaque, it speeds up the dementia. So when your body is doing things that look like it's harmful, it's literally trying to protect. So that amyloid plaque is there to protect you. When my body shut down, it shut down because it didn't want me to move anymore. I simply had no energy left, and it was trying to conserve my energy. The doctor, and I had to eat like little small portions of food, and I couldn't understand why. And she said, digestion is such a huge process that we don't get. You are so weak, you can't even digest your food. It takes up too much energy, right? So my body was in shutdown, and it was that was its way of loving me, trying to save me, trying to help me. Because I'm I just kept going. Like I'm just like, I can do it. I'm super girl, right? And my body's like holding me down, like, no, no, no, no, no. Sorry, you're not getting up. So you have to get curious. Why doesn't my body want me to walk? Right? And I'll give you another, like, I'll give you a stupid example that's not as traumatic as lupus. I was rushing around getting ready for something else, not sleeping, doing all the things I tell other people not to do, because that's how you get sick. And I slammed my toe under a box and I fell backwards and I dislocated my toe. Oh my god. And then I'm thinking, okay, why did this have to happen? I have all this stuff to do. That's a message from my body. Slow down, right? And I'm one of these people, I have to get those hard messages. But when your body is doing these things, get curious, think, what am I doing? What is my body trying to communicate? And when you do that, and you then get the answer and say to your body, what do you need? Like, and when you go to sleep, if you go to bed and say to your body, okay, I want to know like what's going on, what do you need? What's going on? When you wake up, your subconscious mind solves all that, and it'll get up and say, You know what? I want some eggs, I want a protein shake, I need some really good, filtered, high-quality water. You know, you need to sleep three extra hours a day. You know, it it you'll get these messages. So it's about getting curious, getting quiet so you can listen to your body. You need that quiet. Again, that's where sound comes in because the sound relaxes you, so now you can get that communication with your body. So just you just have to remember our body loves us and is doing everything it can to help us, and we just want to honor that. It's this amazing, magical body that like it just wants to do so much for us, and we just have to take better care of it. We forget.

SPEAKER_05And then remembering that our bodies are here for us to enjoy physically living this life, right? And that our bodies are communicating something's going on, and pay attention and take care of us and getting quiet to listen to what that is. Those signals are beautiful. Thank you.
