So, welcome back to the Sovereign Frequency. So, today I want to talk about what your Sovereign Frequency actually is and how to embody it as Creator Consciousness so you can begin to consciously create your reality. Because here's the thing: you are a unique expression of Creator Consciousness in human form in this physical plane. So, how I see it is that we are, as you know, we are all one. I see it as this giant golden lake. And what we do when we incarnate is that we create these unique individualised spikes of Frequency and consciousness that emanate down from this golden lake. So we are simultaneously all that is, but we're also eight billion versions of Creator Consciousness in human form, each experiencing its chosen reality. His, hers, they, them, chosen reality. So why are we doing this? Because Creator, ourselves, we wanted to understand who we are. We wanted to know, given free will, what we would do with that energy, with that power, with that consciousness that we have in human form. You know, we are all here basically animating unique versions of ourselves. So that's why, you know, whatever you do to someone else, you're essentially doing it to yourself. It is a complete and utter projection field, and we're all creating our own unique realities to fully understand who we are. So anything that we project outside of us, any fear, any lack, any guilt, any shame, any pointing fingers, any blaming, it all reflects back to parts and aspects of ourselves that we haven't reclaimed, brought into unity consciousness, because that is who we are at our full essence. So for me, this is how I see us being unique, individualised peaks of Frequency and energy, which I call your Sovereign Frequency. So, how I see it is that if you zoom out, and I see it as like my mentor recently gave me this analogy, and I love it because you know, if you're on a laptop and you're logged in as your human form, so I log in, I'm logged in permanently as Lisa, unless I choose to log out. And who am I when I log out? So every morning I have this energy practice, and I literally log out of Lisa and I log into Creator Consciousness, which is divine source, it is literally all that is, every single thing in your reality and everything beyond this physical form. You are all of this, you are Creator of all that is. So when I log out of Lisa and I tune into that energy, I tune into those frequencies of unconditional love, of freedom, of abundance, of joy, of unity consciousness, of peace, I tune into those energies, and then I consciously make the choice to funnel those energies into my chosen human form, Lisa. And I get to also choose who she is. I get to choose out of all of the infinite possibilities of Lisa that there are, I get to choose which one I'm experiencing right now because I've already created all versions of her. So I'm literally choosing to animate to funnel in all of these frequencies of rCeator Consciousness into Lisa and what I'm consciously choosing to experience at this moment in time, in human form in this physical plane, because this is the thing, you are always choosing your reality, whether you realise it or not. You are always choosing your reality, and that is something that's quite confronting when you first awaken to that because you're like, but you know, all of this stuff that's going on, it's painful, it's struggle, it's fear, it's all these horrible things that are happening. But it's because it's showing you that you haven't yet taken back your Creator Power, your sovereignty, your frequency, your energy to consciously funnel that into what you came here to experience. And it is a gift to awaken you as hard as that is. So when you start to realise that, you can start to bring conscious intentionality to every thought, every word, every choice and every action that you take. And as you do that, you start to also see that reflected back in your field and your reality. Because when we're unconsciously walking around, we are just embodying the old versions of us constantly. You know, we are energy informed, we are constantly fluctuating, we're evolving, we're changing all the time, but we let our external reality dictate to us who we believe we are when actually our Creator power, our Sovereign Frequency, once we remember that we're Creator, is actually the source of our reality. And in any moment, we can choose to experience a different reality. We can choose to consciously clear the distortion, clear the illusion, clear all of the delay that we just assume is part of this reality, this matrix. And when we do that, we start to realise that the field is always responding to us, not the other way around. And I think it's so easy to walk around just unconsciously responding to the world around you. But the thing is, energy always precedes form. Your energy is always creating your reality, not the other way around. And when we start to believe that our physical reality outside of us is who we are, that's when we have things back to front. And that's when we're in fear, we're in lack, we're in limitation. But actually, if we take conscious control of our energy, of our words, of our thoughts, of our choices, and we consciously say, you know what? I know, because I've chosen that I am a different version of me, I'm a more elevated version of me, I'm a more successful version of me. Because when I've logged out of the current Lisa and I'm looking at all the different versions of me that are available, and that's the one I've chosen, I know that that's who I am. And then that's when the field starts responding to you. So you are in that position of power and you're not letting your external reality dictate to you who you are, because what you'll do in that moment is you will always be recreating that version of you. Always. And that's why we get so stuck because we let the external world mirror back to us and say, Well, this is who you are. But if you consciously decide that you're the more successful version of you, you're making X amount more money per month, you have more aligned, harmonious relationships in your life. If you consciously decide that and you begin to move as that version of you without letting the external world dictate who you've been, because the external world is a mirror of your past decisions, choices, behaviors, actions, thoughts, words, etc. If you start consciously working with your Sovereign Frequency, then that's when the external world starts reflecting back to you who you truly are. So this is who you came here to be. You came here on a Soul mission to remember that you are Creator Consciousness, to remember that, and in every moment to use your power of consciousness, of intentionality, of truly knowing who you are at a Soul level to create your chosen reality and to do that in service of a new unified world. And what I mean by that is a world where your inner world is unified. It's unified, and that is then projected outside of you. And as we go through our day, we go through our weeks, our life, we are constantly projecting and broadcasting those frequencies of unconditional love, of unity, of peace, of freedom, of abundance, and of joy. And that, as you know, impacts the collective more than anything that you can hear on the news. That power to radiate, which I do every morning, my Soul Truth and my Sovereign Frequency through the field of Collective Consciousness. I know in every cell of my body that is reaching all those who I came here to impact, and vice versa. I know that in every cell of my body. I know that you are listening to this right now because this is who I've chosen to be, and because you resonate with this message, and you have chosen also to be on this Soul Mission to show others that they have the Creator Power at their fingertips to also consciously create their reality, and this is how we're going to evolve as a collective. This is what we're being called to do, especially if you see what's going on in the news. There is so much distraction out there, there is so much hijacking of your Sovereign Frequency. And at times like this, yes, we need to be aware of it, yes, we need to see it, but no, we don't respond to it. We go inwards, we activate our Sovereign Frequency, we remember that we are Creator of all that is, we log out, we see the bigger picture. We send love to all the victims, we send love to all the perpetrators because all of this is happening for us to remember who we truly are. There is no judgment as Creator Consciousness, and we are here to send love and unity and peace and freedom and abundance and joy, energy out there because this is how we co-create the world that we came here to experience together. We are one. Humanity, all earth-based beings, all beings everywhere. We are one and this is who we came here to be. So I just want to leave you a couple of questions to reflect. So, first of all, where in your life are you currently creating unconsciously? Through habits, through fear, through old patterns, where are you in a loop that you haven't fully brought your consciousness to at this time? And also, if you fully remembered that your thoughts, your words, your choices, your actions shape your reality, what would you start to do and to choose and to speak and to behave differently? What would you do? The version of you that's receiving X amount a month through your business, the version of you that has harmonious, peaceful, empowering on both sides relationships with those in your life, the version of you that has a healthy body, which is always supporting you in a symbiotic relationship. As you support your body, it supports you. The version of you that's in your visibility, your leadership, your impact in the world, and who you came here to be. So I just invite you to tune in and just reflect upon those questions.
