Welcome back to the Sovereign Frequency. So today I'm going to talk about why your past has no power over you HERE, NOW. So, I'm going to dive straight in, saying that you've likely heard that time doesn't exist. You've probably also heard that space doesn't exist. So my question then is: if time and space don't exist, then what does this mean when it comes to creating our reality? And why is everything that we desire not just already HERE? Now. So the problem is that our default programming is that of the Ego. And if you've read The Power of Now by Eckhart Toll, then you know that the Ego only exists in the past or the future, never in the NOW. So NOW is the home of the Soul and where your true power exists. So that's not the power you have in the external world to influence people. That's not what I mean when I say power. I mean the power you have to create. And I call this your Creator Power. But to truly access that, you need to remember one fundamental thing, which is that who you truly are goes beyond even the Soul. So we know we talk a lot about higher self, about Soul, but you are truly all that is. You literally are the Creator of the entire universe. You literally exist in every molecule, every fabric, every bit of plasma, every bit of earth, every bit of sky, every star. It's all you. And you are Creator Consciousness, you are Divine Source, you are God, you are the universe. Insert whatever word feels most comfortable, relevant, and relational to you. You are all that is. So in that sense, I just want to kick off by reminding you that I am you, you are me, we are one. So essentially, I'm just talking to myself here, and I'm just reminding myself to not forget that I am you, you are me, we are one. Just as I also rely on you to do that to me in moments that I forget because I do. I have those times. It's so easy to fall back into that Egoic version of who you are. You know, there's the four levels of consciousness. There's the this is happening to me, this is happening for me, this is happening through me, this is happening as me. This is the one that we're talking about here. You are Creator Consciousness, you are creating all of this. But it's so easy to fall back into those lower frequencies and believing that what's happening in your world is happening to you. Obviously, a step up of that is happening for you, which is great, and then a step up is happening through you. But when you realise that you are Creator of all that is, you are creating all of this. And this is why the Ego holds no power. It likes to believe it does, but in truth, the only place that's possible to create your reality as the Creator of all that is, as who you truly are, as Divine Source, God, the universe, is HERE, NOW. And this is the only place that the Ego ceases to exist. So why do we believe that the past determines our present? Well, that's just clever conditioning and programming, which I believe has been designed that way so we can wake up. I truly believe that if I've created this reality, I've created whatever low vibrational stuff out there that is being put out into the world to remind me to wake up. Because here's the thing: the past holds no power over what's possible to create HERE, NOW. The past is just a memory, but it's being remembered HERE NOW. You are remembering your past HERE, NOW. And the future is just a vision being thought of in the HERE, NOW. So you are thinking about something that may or may not happen in the future HERE, NOW. So, in that sense, the past or future are creating our reality, but it's not necessarily the reality we actually desire to experience. It's just more of the reality where we keep reminiscing about the past or fantasising about the future, which is creating more of reminiscing about the past or fantasising about the future, which is ultimately more of your Ego controlling you so that you don't actually create what your Soul desires. Because the reality we truly desire is the one aligned with our Soul. It's our Soul's desires. And this is where we need to remember who we truly are and to move beyond time and space and to access our Creator Power and to not get drawn into memories of the past or what could be possible in the future, because everything that you desire to create, all the materials, all the resources, everything is available to you right HERE, right NOW. And there is no separation between you experiencing this power and there is no time required. There's no separation because space doesn't exist. There's no time because time doesn't exist. You are the Creator of all that is. You are the entire quantum field that weaves through everything. You have access to every resource possible for you to create what you desire. But what is required is a clean, clear, pure, and potent frequency transmission, which is what I call your Sovereign Frequency, because this is how your Soul's desires are created into form. So, what is your Sovereign Frequency? It's the unique vibration that's transmitted when your Soul Truth is expressed cleanly and clearly into the quantum field. And this is unique to you, it's yours and yours alone. And you already own it HERE, NOW. This is the thing, it's always been there, transmitting underneath all of the noise, all of the conditioning, all of the programming, all the limiting beliefs you inherited, the way you believe the world works, and who you believe you need to be to be successful in this world. But none of that is Soul Truth. Because the truth of who you are is, like I said, you are everything. So everything that's been conditioned and programmed into you, it's false. It sits on top of that Soul Truth and it masks and energetically distorts your Sovereign Frequency. So what it means is that that can't ripple out into the world to be a Sovereign Frequency match for everything that you are desiring to create in this HERE, moment. And when you allow this energetic distortion into your field, and what I mean by the distortion is the conditioning, the programming, the limiting beliefs, what you're doing is you're effectively changing your unique Sovereign Frequency and you're diminishing your power, and you're allowing your Ego to take control over your frequency. And this is happening consciously and unconsciously. You know, so many things in the world, just the electromagnetic frequencies that are around our tech, that is changing our frequency. The water that we're drinking, the food that we're eating that's becoming less and less real food and more and more artificial and synthetic, let alone all of the other stuff that everyone carries around with them, that big black bag they talk about that everyone carries, their trauma, their limitations, their fear, their lack, their anger. All of this is changing your frequency, your unique Sovereign Frequency within your field, which is stopping you being a match for everything that your Soul desires HERE, NOW. But the thing to remember is that this frequency never stops. It is always there, it is always transmitting beneath the noise, beneath the distortion, beneath the belief that time and space exist. There is no time and space. You can create what you desire HERE, NOW without delay. So, what's the solution? Clearing the distortion in your field so that you can truly transmit your unique Sovereign Frequency clearly and cleanly, remembering who you truly are, and that you are Creator Consciousness in human form. And not allowing your mind to believe that your past has any effect on your power to create your chosen reality HERE, NOW. And also not projecting your Soul's desires into the future, believing that one day in inverted commas you'll have them. It's you understanding that you are a multidimensional being, you are all that is, and you are capable of energetically architecting your Soul's desires into form HERE, NOW. Not if, not when, but HERE, NOW. Now, there is one caveat to this, and that is that everything starts in energy, as you know, and then it collapses into form. Now, the better you get at this, the faster it collapses. But in the beginning, you are tested. You are tested to remember to keep your mind present HERE, NOW with what it is that you desire to create from your Soul. So not getting pulled into the past of, oh, it's never happened in the past, so therefore it's not going to happen now, or projecting it into the future, which is like, oh, you know, one day I'll be happy when XYZ happens. That is keeping it away from you as well. However, there is a time difference, even though time doesn't exist. There is a time difference between creating and architecting the energy of what you desire HERE, NOW and it coming into physical form. Because we live in a denser frequency, and so therefore, that energy does take quote unquote time to start to actually manifest into physical form. And this is the bit, this is the bit you have to have so much patience with and understanding and not even trust, full-on belief that what you have decided that you desire in this lifetime is already HERE, it's just in energy, and it hasn't manifested into physical form because the moment that you believe that it's not here is the moment that everything falls apart. So you have to know within every molecule cell, DNA of your being, that you have commanded that energy, whatever you choose to experience in this lifetime, your Soul's desires are done, complete, already HERE, in energy, not yet physical form. And then as you move throughout the rest of your day, your week, your month, whatever, you hold that belief and that frequency firm, locked in, steady, stable, absolutely anchored into the ground, so that you're not even thinking about whether it's possible or whether it's going to happen. You just know it's already HERE, and the physical world is doing its sweet Divine thing to be able to reveal that to you. But that does not stop you moving as the version of you who already is experiencing this reality. Because the moment you stop doing that, the moment it stops moving from energy into form. You have to move as the version of you that has already created that and is experiencing it NOW. That's the key. So the moment you wave and fall back into thinking about the past or you know, it's not here yet, or you're kind of like, oh, you know, I'm gonna move as her in the future when it's already arrived, you're basically messing up your frequency. And quantum entanglement has already proven that time and space doesn't exist. And the quantum physics double split experiment, which I'm sure you've heard of, has proven that when a wave is observed, it collapses into form. So your Soul's desires, again, this is another way to look at it. They are already HERE, NOW, and they're waiting for an observer to observe them. So the only time and place you can do that is HERE, NOW. And what's the identity and energy that needs to observe them? It's you as Creator Consciousness broadcasting your unique Sovereign Frequency. This is what consciously creating your chosen reality means. Observing as the version of you for whom this is already true, from your Sovereign Frequency and the baseline of your Soul Truth expressed cleanly and clearly into the fields. So, this is what I was saying is that you have to move knowing it is already done, and you have to move as Creator Consciousness, observing that it is already HERE NOW, observing the energy of what you've already said, you desire, and you know is done, because when you observe it, it's collapsing into form. So it's like you've got to have two sets of eyes. You've got the current eyes looking around you, that are your Ego eyes, you're seeing essentially your past, everything you've created around you, you created in the past, a past version of you created that. So you're seeing the past, which is why it's so easy to get caught up in, oh, you know, I'm still living here, I've still got this amount in my bank account. You're literally witnessing the past, and you're letting that, your Ego, take your power to create in the HERE, NOW. And instead, what we need to do is to see from our second set of eyes, see from our Creator Consciousness eyes that sees the energy moving and shifting behind the scenes and starting to trickle into our physical reality. We need to see with those eyes. Because when we do that, we stay in our unique Sovereign Frequency. We don't buy into the BS that's around the conditioning, the limiting beliefs, the this hasn't happened before, so it's not going to happen again, and all of that stuff. It's about truly living in a clean, clear field, expressing your Soul Truth through your unique Sovereign Frequency. And that is what is collapsing your Soul's desires and what you've chosen as Creator Consciousness to experience next into this physical plane. So it's two things it's choosing as Creator Consciousness what you desire to experience next, and it is holding that frequency as you go about your day to be able to literally architect that reality into your physical plane, moving as her with those second set of eyes, knowing it is done, celebrating all of the things that you're releasing as this new reality is coming in, rather than freaking out about it, thinking, oh no, it's gone wrong. The releasing is a massive part of the bringing in, bringing in that chosen reality that you desire to experience next, and holding your Sovereign Frequency so freaking firm that it has enough time, even though time doesn't exist, it has enough 3D time, let's say, to architect around you into this physical plane, and the more you learn how to do this, the faster it gets. And then that's when you start to see that time really doesn't exist, but we have to start somewhere, and this is our initiation into learning energetics, learning how to weave this into the physical plane. It's not just to click your fingers, oh yep, time doesn't exist, everything's here that I wanted. Imagine, imagine if we could just click our fingers and everything that we desired was right here. It would be horrendous because the majority of people yet haven't done enough inner work to actually manifest what their Soul actually desires. If everyone's living in Ego, you're just going to manifest more Ego instantly. So this is an initiation, it is literally a journey on learning to take full radical responsibility for your power ultimately, and to master your mind, to master your Ego. We don't kill it, we need it, we master it, and to master energy and to master our physical body, and to master how we can use and weave energy with our mind and anchor it into our physical body. That is what we're here to do. In the beginning, it takes time, 3D time doesn't exist, I know, but we experience that it exists, and that's what I'm trying to get at. And then over time, as we become more responsible, as we become more fluent in the ability to do this without letting our Ego slip in, then the time starts disappearing, and we can do it faster and faster. So my invitation to you is first and foremost to clear the distortion in your field. That is the first step on all of this. You cannot create your Soul's desires in a field full of distortion because your Sovereign Frequency is required to literally bring in the energy and architect it within your field to create your reality. And then number two, you need to remember who you truly are. You need to remember that you are Creator Consciousness, you are all that is. That's number one. Number two, where are you still waiting for one day rather than choosing it, what you desire HERE, NOW? And thirdly, what would it feel like to observe your Soul's desires as already present HERE, NOW rather than their coming? Literally living those desires HERE, NOW.
