In this episode, we explore the GProCommission’s launch of local pastor trainer initiatives to achieve all pastoral leaders trained, every pastor a trainer. Dr. Ramesh Richard underscores the need for 1,000 new pastoral leaders daily to support 50,000 new believers, urging scalable training across formal, nonformal, and informal pastor training sectors. The vision targets 100,000 trainers of pastors in 100 countries by 2030 to strengthen 1 million pastoral leaders.
