We will be working and. Talking about candle magic and working with candles. So exciting. Okay. Candle magic is one of the simplest forms of magic. Candles represent the intense element of fire and wand energy. It helps you set and focus on your Intentions. Candle magic is a type of manifestation ritual that is centered around the use of candles to create a desired outcome in a ritual or spell. Many different spiritual paths use candle magic. The element of fire has powerful transformative. Effect. It is simple and direct. You can use candles to connect with deities. Guides. And the spirit realm. Candles you actually don't realize how much. You do candle magic all the time. And if you have candles in your house, Right. And you might think that you've never performed candle magic. Think back to a past birthday. Did you make a wish on your birthday candles and then blew them out? Then you do candle magic. It's that simple. A fun fact. The ritual of blowing out birthday candles. Actually goes back to the ancient Greeks. They baked full moon cakes in honor of the goddess Artemis. And then lit them with candles. So they would reflect like the moon. The color of the candle you use does matter. One it is symbolic. The brain has a psychological. Subconscious. response to color. Our response that is rooted in your personal experiences. Choosing the right candle color can help as each has a different spiritual meaning. There is a belief that there's a connection between candle magic and color therapy. that different colors emit different frequency. Each color on the spectrum reflects a certain light. Wavelength. Now, here are some of the colors and their associations. White. Has lunar and goddess energies. You can use them for protection. New beginnings. Purification. Unity clarity. Healing. Truth and to call on spirit guides to calm the mind. And for gratitude. You can use a white candle in place of any other color. If you don't have that color. That you need that made sense for like why a lot of candles are white. Yeah. Like majority of candles don't have, a color to them, like in, even when you like the ones that you buy from the store. And you look for majority of them are white. Right. Exactly. And like a lot of the pillar candles that are in the glass. A lot of them are white. Um, usually the white red or green is what I usually find. Black ones. And when you light them, they bleed. I want those. Oh, the home they're like. I guess they can be Halloween, but yeah. Yeah. I just want them just because. Doesn't Spirt sell them. Yeah, spirit Halloween. Yep. Yeah. When that comes off. I'll have plenty of stories. Yellow. Yellow candles can take your ideas to the next level. They can help with all things tied to the intellect and focus. It enhances learning. Overcomes mental blocks. Expand your wisdom your confidence. It brings in new ideas and see things in a more logical way. Blue. To improve communication. Spiritual or emotional healing. Use a blue candle. For help with prophetic dreams. Calm. Enhanced focus lite a, Royal blue candle for harmony. Healing peace of mind. Truth and connection to a higher self. Black. It is good for repelling, absorbing or banishing negative energy. You can use black candles to help reverse curses or hexes unblock, stuck energy. To stop bad habits or to put an end to unhealthy situations. It can also be used for protection. Shielding. Power and cleansing. Green. to do spells for abundance luck. Money. burn a green candle. It is good to be used. while asking for abundance for all earthy things. With doing earth or plant magic or need help to manifest in the realms of success prosperity. Or health. All right, I'm going to take it over and do a couple more colors. And explain to them. So we're going to moving into red. And you need a fast acting spell use a red candle. Tap into the power of Mars for lust or intentions for determination or survival. Burn a red candle for passion potency. Stamina or to attract a passionate partner. It may improve confidence, willpower, your physical strength. Courage and determination. Pink. for spells of unconditional love and romance affection. Warmth joy. The yucky stuff. Self-love. Burn a pink candle. Pink can also be used for nurturing kindness, hope, empathy. Strengthening. New relationships. Uh, for facilitating relationship healing. Reconciliation forgiveness and emotional healing. Yeah, just a side note between the red and the pink candles. Like, if you're doing any kind of spell work for love or romance. It's not to be done to try and change somebody to love you because you can't change somebody. will, It's more for changing yourself so that you can love yourself more. You could be more lovable. And stuff like that. Because the only way you can't love somebody who don't love yourself. So if you fix the love within yourself, First he loved most likely end up. Coming around. Yeah. Um, moving into brown. will ground you brown represents the earth and it's great for situations that call from new. I can't say that word neutrality. Yep. There you go. Understanding balance stability, common sense logic. They can help you have a stronger connection with animal guides as well. Shit. Can it give me some stability on loving how to pronounce words? Because the God down. You're not the only one. I couldn't say the word earlier. Orange combined the intellectual energy of yellow. And the aggressive intent of the red. So lighting an orange candle, if you need help with things that involve quick action with the mind. You can burn them for good luck in a career. Networking motivation, joy, excitement. I'm really just given whatever you want. Push. In a sense. Ah, purple. Purple was connected with royalty and the mystical art intuitions and strength. All scented. Off. Um, yep. That's not talking to it for me. Authenticity. To help improve your psychic power and open your third eye. You burn a purple candle. Wisdom meditation. Divination uncovering secrets and just deepening your spiritual awareness all together will be assisted with a purple candle. With gray and is a cross between the black and the white. And operates as a neutral color. They assist with neutrality balance. Mindfulness protection, peace and spiritual wisdom. Silver could represent the goddess of Wiccan religion. You used silver candles for astral energy, female energy strengthening your intuition. Telepathy clairvoyance. And it can result in more powerful dreams. Use for genius. Insight glamour or fame. Careful with that. It's not a. Careful what you wish for. Yeah, exactly. I was just going to say that. So just be careful with doing the, do you want him to be a genius or glamor or fame? You know, fame is not always what it's all cracked up to be. Now look, what's going on with D. Come on now. Yeah, I know. And then gold, it draws on male energy. Or the energy of God. It is best. If you need help with happiness success, enlightenment confidence, prosperity value, wealth and popularity. Again, Careful what you wish for. But if you notice, if you ever look at like, you know, those number of birthday candles, Yeah. And how they're all speckled with the different colors. That's like that. Is mind blowing because when you make a wish. They don't know what you're going to wish for. So they put all of the colors. So that it can work for whatever you wish for. Yeah. Yeah, never thought of it that way. Um, Um, so then there's candle colors for the days of the week. So, if you want to like burn a specific. Color candle for every day of the week. So like, Help yourself, I guess. On Sunday. The sun. So use like gold or orange. On Monday, which would be for the moon, you white, gray, or silver. Tuesday, which would be like Mars. You would use red. Wednesday would be mercury. Which you would use yellow or gray. Thursday for Jupiter, you would use blue or purple. Friday. Which would be Venus you use green or pink. And then for Saturday, Which is Saturn, you would use black. Yeah, that's in case you want to do, like she said, you know, you just want to do random, um, candle burnings, we gave you the planet that it goes with so that you can do any kind of magic that goes with the planets. Now how to do a candle spell. One setting intention. Figure out what you want to manifest. Choose a color that best suits your intention. Set the intention and take at least five minutes, at least five minutes to meditate on it. So it's clear in your mind what you want to manifest. Write your intention on a piece of paper. Write it as if you're ready, living your intention. You can say, you know, something is, I. I have. I don't know what your intention would be. I have a new house. And it's and it's wonderful. Number. To. Dress the. The candle. With the corresponding oil of the day. Or your intention. Coat the candle in an oil that would help your intention. Like, if you use the patouli. Oil put on your candle. Um, you can also to put some herbs on there. to help or if you use frankincense oil. or any kind of oil that helps with your intention put on your candle. And you put it on the outside of the candle. Don't put it up by the wick. Three. Light the candle. And speak the intention you wrote down. If you were using a small candle. Stay with it until it burns down. If you were using a larger candle. And a glass container. Place your intention. Under the candle. Make sure it's in a safe place and walk away. The spell has been cast. But please go back and check on it from time to time. And your house burned down because you decided to. Do spells and witchcraft and shit. Well, no, it's not. Only that, I mean, and yes, that can happen. Always can happen with a candle. But I've already had where I've had my candle on. In a glass. Cylinder. And, um, it was made for candles. But here at cracks at the bottom. And I came back to wax all over. The counter. It was not fun to clean up. I bet you can combined candle colors for what ever your intention is. You can find color charts online so you don't have to memorize them all. Some other meaning. Of the candle itself. What does it mean if your candle burns fast? Learn about the different flame behaviors among other things. You can read the candle signs, but you don't have to, you can say on one hand, The candle burn quicker. On one side, because of the way it was made. Or it was why you an open window. Which is one way to look at it. You know, when you can say like your, your spell didn't work, right. Because of that reason. But then the other way to look at it. Is that no matter how it was made, you picked that candle. For that particular intention. Your intention guided you to it. Or something higher was guiding you to it. All candles burn differently. But the different types of candles burn completely different. Example a candle in the glass container will burn differently. And if you had a single pillar candle, What'd you start working with candles, you will see how they burn. So, you know, what is normal? For that type of candle. And please, if you do use a tall pillar candle to do your candle magic with, which is fine. Just make sure you're in the same room with it.'cause they can get knocked over. And you don't want that flame catching some papers or. You know, bedding or. Anything, anything on fire? Some divination. Associated with candle magic is Pyromancy. Divination using fire. If you experienced dancing, jumping, or flickering flames. It means there's a lot of energy around spelled. Pay attention to see if this energy is moving in your direction. Because that's a good thing for it. But also check for drops as well, because you don't want the draft to be pointing. The flame in your direction and you're thinking everything's working great. It's going to mean it's going to work out and everything's great. But here you had a window open, a crack. And the wind is coming in and pushing it. Which. Does not make this spell. Work better. High, flame. Either your wick is very tall, which you should never burn a candle with a high wick. Or your wishes support it and may come to fruition.. Small weak flame. wick is too small or your spell is facing a lot of obstacles. Blue flame. The candle is burning hot with a blue flame. Energy is on your side. It's a good thing. In fire fighting it is bad thing. Well, Maday, maday evacuated. Oh, yevou acuate. That's totally something different that's buildings and houses. And. Everything else. Listen, some of these fires probably started because. Somebody left their stupid blue flame on their big, tall pillar candle. And that motherfucker knocked over. I know. Here we are. Ah, speaking like a true volunteer firefighter. Uh, dual flame. can mean another presence has entered the working. And generally not in a good way. We can be besties. Uh, if you want to be besties with something, that's not Besties. Positive. Sure. I just saw your soul and you don't get whatever you want. Just burn that gold candle. Uh, no. Absolutely not. Popping or crackling. It means that spirits are trying to talk to you. It's up to you to figure out the signs. If their intention is beneficial or malicious. And, you know, w we're giving out the secrets here of what we can, but there's still some work that you have to do on your own. And there is some things that you got to figure out. The follow your gut. Right. Most importantly, follow your gut. You know, For me. And my candle started popping and cracking. I put that out. That's because I can talk to them. Right. And my candle start popping. Oh shit. What's in this candle. Maybe some pop rocks. Oh shit. That's a great way to certify. Higher. Candle wick curling. Uh, curling wick is generally a good sign. Your intention has probably hit the mark. Well, that's good. Candle curling is always a pain in the butt when you're making candles. Candles won't light. If your candle won't light. Or the match goes out before you can light it. Or won't stay lit, means your being blocked for some reason or another. It is. It's essentially the equivalent of the eight ball message. Try again later. Which is always annoying to get. I was trying to get in two seconds later. No Mac. I'm back. Candle burns quickly. Your intention will come to fruition. But might not last as long as you wish. Candle burn slowly. A slow, steady burn is a good sign that things are working. And we'll be granted. But if it's very, very slow, it can mean there are obstacles in the way, boy. It might take much longer for it to manifest. If the candle was destroyed or the glass breaks. If you're cat and earthquakes, the wind, or some other entity knocks over your candle or destroys it. This is generally a good sign to stop your work. If your candle explodes, go find another place to live. And watch the plate. Your Poltergeist is throwing at your head. All these signs is the universe is begging you to stop, please. Ooh, it's the universe begging you to stop. Girl you trying too hard. It could be. Yeah. And I know you're just being so annoying and they've already given you the answers. And you're just refusing to look at. Yeah, you have to watch how many times. You ask for the same thing. Because if you're constantly telling them day after day after day after day, then I want to be rich. I want to have money. I want to be rich. I want this I'm with. Married. You ain't getting shit. Yep. And, and I've known people that it has happened to. And I have begged them to stop asking them, just like begging your mom, mom. Hey go sleep over. Um, can I sleep over there? Mom can go sleep. But we love and be like, no, bro. Get out of my room. We may be. And you literally just like bugging your mom for something. Yeah. Yeah. And I've had many people come to me. I don't understand what my stuff isn't manifest. Cause you are annoying and it's like, cause you ask every day. Like you got to give them time. It's on the their time. It's not on your time. You. You know, when they're going to give something it's all on their time. So you have to be patient. It's so worst thing for some people is to be patient, but you need to be patient. So I'm diving into Ceromancy. It's the divinaton using wax. Ceromancy is intuitive. Trust your instincts. And tap into what the images mean to you personally. Most candles won't burn all the way down. And glass encased pillars, rarely do. There's a lot of wax left. Half an inch or more. Could mean you have things to work through before completing your work. At the candle melts and a form droplets or tears. If they melt or disappear by the time the candle finishes. it suggests the sorrows you feel will pass. When I hear of sorrows, I think of Bridgerton because queen Charlotte like. Sorry, this is a big side note. One of her sons, like wives pass away, like with an unborn baby and whatnot. She just looks at him and goes. Sorrows. Sorrows. Prayers prayers. sorrows And walks away from him. Oh, that's so cold. Um, anyway. Back to candles. It's a tears harden. Or remain on the side of the candle. We'll be burdened with your sorrow for a long duration. Persistent images. After the candle burns examine the puddle of wax left behind. The shapes taken for the solidifying wax are called persistent images. If a heartshaped, wax puddle, after a love spell. indicates positive energy. Spilled wax on an offering during the money drawing rituals, signifies blessings. Well, we got to try that one. Yeah. Give me the money. I know. Anyway. Another way to use Ceromancy, you start. By melting the wax, then you pour into a container of cold water. As it cools it'll. We'll take on shapes and patterns. The diviner then examines the shapes, paying attention to the forms and. Movements. Interpretation. can vary. No novena. Okay. Yep. Or glass candles. when burning encases candles the waxy. Residue at the bottom of the blast provides clues. A lot could mean unfinished business or unresolved matter. Novena candles or those candles that you see in the drug store that are red green, and it has the, um, Images of like the blue one has like Mary on it. Um, they have different, um, saints and stuff on them. Those are novena a candles that they sell. Okay.

Speaker:

A clean burn with no wax left. All signs are good and your spell was successful. Be patient. It should all come to fruition when the time is right. A clean burn on one side only. Your intention is blocked by all elements or forces except the one on the side that is clear. Candle burns on all sides but one. The energy of that element, whether it be earth, water, air, or fire, is blocking your task. Ask yourself if there is an emotional west side of the candle, or the water portion, a physical, which is the north or the earth side, a communication, which is the east side of the candle, or representing air, or will based, which is the south side of the candle, which represents fire obstacles in the way of your intention. Candle crater. This is in the middle of the candle burning and could mean your intention wasn't strong enough to work through the blocker wax signs. If there is wax left, look at it for shapes and symbols within clockwise candle burn. It is a good sign. It means that your intention is on the way to you. Counterclockwise wax burn. If you're doing an uncrossing or a banishing, this is a good sign as it's moving the energy away from you. Otherwise, that ain't a good sign.

Speaker 2:

Okay, the third one is Capromancy. Divination using smoke. Using a candle with glass, which is the best way to do capromancy, and there is soot on the rim. While some is normal because of science and the oils or the herbs you anointed your candle with, if it is very dark it can mean there are obstacles or blocks in the way of your intention. Black soot. All the way around the jar isn't generally a good sign. Something might be working against you, and if you want your intention to manifest, you might have to do additional personal, interpersonal, or magic work. Black soot on one side of the glass is interpreted as there is a block in the element that

that's where you can refer back to what I was saying before about like, um, whatchamacallit, east is like the earth side, west is the water, air is east, and south is fire.

Speaker 2:

White soot on a candle, it means the universe or spirits are supporting your intention. The more, the better. Smoke from the candle. If you are working to get a curse away from you or remove something negative, look for the smoke to be moving away from you. Also, some people think that if the smoke moves towards you, it's a good sign. Other than to banish something from you. While smoke moving away from you is a bad sign. You need to feel what is correct to you. So in other words, if you're doing a banishing, you want the smoke to go away from you.

Speaker:

Well, yeah, you don't want the thing you're banishing to come towards you.

Speaker 2:

Right. So if you're working, say you're working on a money spell, you want that smoke to come to you because you want the money to come to you. So that's where you have to pay attention to what you're asking, what you're asking for. Right. Right. Black smoke from a candle. If you dress your candle in oil and herbs, you will get some black smoke in the beginning. Otherwise, it means something is blocking your spell. White smoke from a candle. Your intention is received and will be granted. Lots of smoke. It is your guides, spirits, or universe trying to communicate with you.

Again, like, see, that's where, like, me being me, I would see a lot of smoke and be like, ah, shit, put it out. Like, I wouldn't immediately be like, what are you telling

me? Well, yeah, I, I kind of probably would be the same way.

I'd be like, oh, shit, my house is catching on fire. Put that shit out. You're firefighting. I know, like, what sucks like, I literally can't help it. That's why, like, when me and Darren were living with his parents, we were not allowed to light candles whatsoever. His dad was the fire chief of their area for 20 years and is now the deputy chief. That man wouldn't even let me burn wax melts. Nothing, nothing was allowed. And like now it's just like embedded in my, like I have so many candles that are just sitting there because I won't light them. I don't know what it is. And I used to light candles all the time. Like I used to burn two candles at the same time because I could never pick a scent. Like, yeah,

And now I look at a candle and I'm like, oh, fire. I don't want to lose my house, man.

Speaker 2:

I know, but if you light a candle And you pay attention, I'm just And you put it on your kitchen table, in a, on a ceramic plate, or whatever, and it's in a glass container, you know, because you love to buy those bath and body

Yeah. Candles. It's called a light bar now, thank you.

Speaker 2:

Oh, excuse me. I'm not up on the name change.

Speaker:

Um, yeah, right now my table is not a good spot for, um, candles. It is covered in those stupid, um, those stupid, like, I don't want to say newspapers that you get in the mail, like the grocery store coupons. Oh, the ads and stuff. Yeah, I have like four of those sprawled all over my table. Not because I'm looking at them, because that's just where they landed.

no, I know. And I don't want to clean it up, so no candles on the table.

Speaker 2:

Well, that's your fault.

Oh yeah.

Speaker 2:

Clean up your table and you can play, play, you can play candles. Oh, we can

play candles! Can you tell I was Is your smoke black or white? Did yours burn on the north or the east side? Where's

Speaker 2:

your block? Can you tell I was with your kids all day and they wanted me to play all day? It's your fault you can't burn candles. Okay, now that we went through the different colors of the candles and three different divinations you can use, a little more insight for you. You can use candle magic when you need it to work fast. Say you want to manifest it within a month or so. Fire is a good source to use, but it doesn't always stay long. So if you want fast results, but you want staying power, Use a jar spell along with it. Put the ingredients you want like the crystals or the oils and the herbs and anything you want in the jar and put your, your intention on a piece of paper too. And do the candle magic and the jar spell at the same time. And if

you really want it to work, when you're done with that jar, get a jar that closes, take that wax, pour it over that jar to seal it shut. It's also a really good thing to do.

Speaker 2:

Right. So you want to make sure your jar is small. Not that you have this big hacking pickle jar.

And I know the dollar store, the dollar 25 store, um, in their craft section, they have these really cute, tiny, like, message in a bottle jars. And they're maybe not even any bigger than an inch or two. So if you can write small. And you can fit everything into that. That's perfect. So you can pour a little bit of that wax on it and you can still be able to interpret like what the wax is saying, like within the wax puddles and stuff.

So I would definitely check out the dollar store. Your ritual things do not need to be top of the line.

Speaker 2:

No, absolutely not. And you don't even have to do, like you can do candle magic without doing the deviations. Like you, you don't have to do, um, you know, looking at the wax puddles or interpreting the smoke or, you know, anything like that. Um, you can just do the candle magic, put your intention on a piece of paper, put it underneath. If you want to anoint it with different oils, if you've got the oils, you can and just light it and go. Um, and like you said, if you want to keep it and do your jar spell along with it and then you just put your jar spell. on a shelf or something in your room. Yeah. Where you want to keep it. Don't

let your children near it because I had a wishing jar and my son got a hold of it and dumped everything out all over the floor. Oh. So just watch where you put it if you have heathens. Because they don't know. Yeah, they don't. I'm very angry but it's fine. I bought a new one.

I know, but it's frustrating when you want to use your wishing jar. It was literally the

night I went to use it and I was like, where is it? I'm yelling at Darren. I'm yelling at everyone like, where is this stupid jar? And Darren goes, is it a round jar? And I was like, yes. He was like, yeah, Ron spilled that out this morning. I was like, what? Y'all so angry. I found the jar. I just saw all the glitter and all the herbs and everything all over the floor. He's so angry. Damn kids. He better have made a good fucking wish, I swear to God. He better have wished that I didn't beat his ass, because I didn't beat his ass. I should have. That's probably his wish.

Well, they're getting older, so they'll stop doing all that shit soon. I doubt it. Yeah, they'll stop doing it, maybe when they're twenty.

They're both ridiculous. And it's not like I'm like, This is gonna sound so bad. It's not like I'm this overly, like, loving and nice and cheerful and fantastic mom. I'm like, yo bro, let's go. Like, I am not, I, I can't even find a comparison. Like,

But, um, but no, you definitely were born in the wrong generation. You're Gen, you're really a Gen X. Not a Gen Z.

Alright, so I am working with a newer deck. That I don't, I don't really work with. I'm using angelic oracle cards. I don't really work with oracle cards much. I'm more of a, Tarot card, a Tarot card, past lives,

Speaker 3:

Yeah,

Speaker:

so I haven't really worked with the angelic cards because I'm not angelic myself. Um, so what I pulled out was the angel of the beginning. So, in this card there's an angel who has on,, it looks like a door. Necklace. Like, multiple doors linked together as a necklace and a bracelet. There's a candle, a water pitcher, there's like, he's writing something and he has his pinky pointing towards the candle and his pointer finger on his forehead. The opening words from Genesis flow from the right hand of the angel dressed in white. His left hand is touching his forehead. Again, his small finger receiving the divine instruction from the candle, while the index finger communicates them to reason, sending them through your head. The angel of the beginning draws the light of knowledge, again, the candle, and bestows it upon living beings, which would be the picture I mentioned in the card. He is the executor of the divine will. And the energy contained in every beginning, the morning sun that awakens nature, the cry of a newborn baby, the drive of an athlete before the race. When you start something, whatever it is, he is there to give you his energy. Look at the ornament on his garment. Again, that was the necklace and like the bracelet that he's wearing. They resemble little doors and they represent the opportunities offered to our destiny if we have the courage to embark. On a new journey. So if you go back to everything with these candles, they all offer you a path. If you ask for it in the right way, the right candle, the candles will feed you the information needed to move forward and start new journeys.

Speaker 2:

I just think it's amazing that we're talking about candle magic and the card that comes out is about candle magic. It's about the candle giving you your intuition. Yeah. And giving you the information you need. And having the candle. I just think that's amazing how, when you were shuffling and that's the card that fell out. Yeah. Yeah.

My guides are in there. They know what they're doing. Oh, I know, I know. But it's just another thing to say it's the right thing that's going on, it's the right thing we're talking about.
